I usually go through the drive thru and order Doritos locos tacos supreme. Usually they don't put tomatoes on the tacos, so this time I asked twice for them to put tomatoes on the taco. The girl said "I gotchu". She did not get me. I went home with regular tacos and no tomatoes on my tacos, yet again. Man I love taco bell, why they gotta do me dirty like that?
Showed up at 11:30 tonight and they told me they were closed when there hours clearly say midnight .
If I could leave a zero star review, I would. On more than one occasion, this location has been closed for “break” and, not only that, they’re rude and unprofessional. I barely have the chance to finish saying my order before they interrupt me like they rush their customers. Do better.
The guy at the window was pushy and rude. There was a long line, but we had several people in our car looking at the menus to order. They switched people taking the order three times. I would finish up with one person's order, tell them we had several people deciding. They were very ubrupt about it. They kept on saying is that it, are you ready, are you done, is that all, in a very rude tone.
Taco bell is surprisingly one of the only fast food options that has gluten free options. Shout-out to corn. I have Celiac's Disease so I can't have any gluten without a reaction. Of course for fast food there is always the possibility of cross contamination from shared counters, but I have never had a negative reaction with the Doritos Locos tacos or plain crunchy tacos. That might just be luck but almost every other fast food restaurant has done me dirty when asking for GF options.
I'm not sure what happened after they updated the store, but I just used the taco bell app and picked up the best flipping taco bell I've ever had in my life. The staff was friendly, quick and ON POINT with everything. Got home and my food was STILL hot! If you're tired of sloppy taco bell, stop at this one. This is the new standard for all taco bell shops. The one on meridian is trash compared to this divine location. No cap.
If I could give this place a -100 rating, I would, but the unprofessionalism and amount of disrespect shown by the employees has me questioning the store manager? Do you let your employees act the way they do? If so, get a new job and have someone who actually cares about the job take over. When i tell you stay away from this location, please do.
Customer service Has left this establishment. If in the area just chose any other restaurant.
Made order completely wrong, forgot about another order & was going to let me drive off until I said something along with the drink it came with also.
By far the absolute worse taco Bell I've ever been through the food is definitely terrible
