Took four foster kids there for lunch after a sibling visit because they never had a Mexican pizza. I ordered five #9s but the tacos we were given were not supreme, so that's 10 tacos we got that were incorrect. They did replace two tacos and gave the kids some cinnamon twists. The staff at this one was definitely friendly and welcoming.

My family and I just ordered food today. We were tired, after house hunting. Taco bell sounded really good. We stopped the lady who took our order was nice and the young man at the window was kind and funny made my family laugh. That part of our experience was great. When we got home we got situated and sat down to eat. After we went through our tacos. The gorditas tacos had no sour cream paid for extra. Bought a 12pk of cinnabons and they weren't even in the bag and it shows on the receipt that we paid for it. My wife and kiddo were really disappointed ☹️. I tried calling and the phone would just ring and ring then ask for a code do a sound like someone's going to pick up then it hang up, did that same thing to me several times. You count the order items and it comes out to 17 but the order number on the receipt says 14 unless they don't count the sour cream. I will change if I can get a reply back. Thanks for the courteous customer service team. We'd Just like a fix for our order thanks.?

My wife, and i visited this establishment today 4/23/22 and saw the restaurant wasn’t busy just one table with a customer and another with 3 employees eating at one table there were trash on 4 tables and including where the employees weee eating at. The employees just throw their disposable vinyl gloves on the floor in the restaurant floor. The other tables weren’t even clean nor was the restroom. They gave the lady in front of us the wrong order and was giving my order to someone else. The other customer was saying their stuff missing in is Oder and I said it because that’s my order and the person behind the counter replied no it’s his order. It wasn’t even busy. And they had a lot of employees working.Would i revisit this place probably not.If the employees will not clean after themselves and miss the dining area makes me think how do they keep the kitchen clean. I hope I don’t get a stomach ache from eating here.

Never had an issue here until today. Due to short staffing they are only taking online orders. I went to the drive thru and that is what I was literally told. Now I have to pull out my phone and order food online to be delivered to me. That makes entirely NO SENSE. What does make sense to me though is why the line of cars in front of me were just driving right through and not grabbing food. The person in front of me is literally going to McDonald’s just like me. I did want to attach a photo of what I did get at Taco Bell….

I've given this place two attempts at good service. The first time I went, the ordeal took 45 minutes for this "fast food" with only 4 cars in front of me. I'm usually not one to complain but when I get up to the window, there's no one to greet me and 4 employees chatting it up near the register for 3 minutes before they acknowledged my existence. We had two items that were missing major ingredients, we got a chicken bowl that only had chicken and cheese.Second trip, I got a soft taco supreme, the sour cream was shot onto the outside of the shell, literally none of it made it in the taco. Plus, everything is cold when you first get it. So I'm pretty sure they are premaking items and letting them sit. I guess I'll go out of my way and go to the location at 176th/Canyon next time...

The crew working last night was killer they were so perfect just best service ever give them all raises. The best I order two party taco boxes so sorry but they were amazing about it.

Almost every time I go they can't manage to get the order right. They also have no problems charging for steak or added potatoes but they can't manage to use steak or add potatoes. Go to any other taco bell. This on sucks.

Just today. That's all onion! Barf! Completely inedible!
