Drive thru employees must be incompetent. Orders always wrong. They can't seem to hear you over all the people they're talking to while trying to take your order. They upcharge for things you don't ask for and upsell items, charge you for them, and then they don't add those items to your food. Waste of time. Just walk in and order face to face.
I havnt ate meat in 4 years and today I stop by tacobell on my way home to get a black bean crunch wrap, I took 3 bites and still had not seen beans. So i set it down till I got home.When I got home I started not feeling well and realized they gave me a beef one. Just spent the last hour in the bathroom pucking. I am so very disappointed.
I ordered with chicken and twice I told everything chicken but what I got ? I paid extra for chicken and another one is chicken chipotle I told them without vegetables for my little one but I got with vegetables burrito and it’s hard to take out all vegetables from burrito so this is not happened first time . It happened so many times sometimes something missing from my order and after telling again and again chicken I end up with beef ( excuse here we don’t eat beef that’s why ) so frustrating because who wanna go back to store for this . Staff is so irresponsible.
Who ever is the manager of this place teach your employees how to take orders… no customer service as well rude me unprofessional drive through @9:38 asked for supremes chalupa combo didn’t offer what meat and sas anything else! And then adds another one on my menu… no business for you tonight went to jack in the box. I wish franchise owner will see how you lose customers and money!
Ordered a cheesy gordita..it was missing the lettuce and cheese but also looked like someone stomped on it before handing it off to us.
I cannot think of a single time that I've been to this location that I haven't received at least one incorrect item in my order. How hard is it to make a burrito with no sour cream? i come in after dark, sure, but not even during a rush or near closing. The service is excellent and there is rarely over a 5 minute wait, but that is no excuse to get orders incorrect. I would rather wait and get my order made right than get something that I can't even eat.

Consistently trash quality food at this location.Today the taco meat was cold, stale chalupa shells and forgot to add the things I was charged for. They continually forget items in the bag.Avoid this location and try the newer one @safeway
I always get good service from this place, whether drive-thru or ordering inside. Appreciate staff members having a positive attitude to all customers especially during busy times and dealing with moody customers. Thanks
