I’ve come in on my lunch break 3 times in the last 3 weeks and every single time I am the only one there so they are not busy but it always feels like I am inconveniencing the employees by being there. And 2 out of the 3 employees that I have seen did not have their face masks on properly, yes the masks are annoying to wear but I make it through my 11 hour shifts with my mask fully covering my mouth and nose it would be great if the people making my food could use the same caution.

Had the worst experience today, ordered 5 sandwiches thru the mobile app, they were all made wrong. When called back to see if I could bring it back to get them fixed. They straight out refused saying they can't do anything about it. They will let the manager know tomorrow. Always ordered thru them, never had any problems till today. The guy just kept I can't do anything about it, even though he made it wrong. Very disappointing.

I missed the name tag and no name on the receipt but I want to give a shout out to the young lady that made my sandwich today. She was super friendly to every customer including myself and was very fast getting everyones order. The restaurant was clean and my sandwich was amazing. Bread was fresh and veggies were crisp. This is my new go-to subway!

By far the worst Subway out there. We weren't greeted, toilet was clogged, their toaster was broken, and when my son got his cookies I told the guy to warm them up and he looked at me like I was crazy. He said he's never heard of someone asking him to warm up cookies. So he did in the microwave and maybe too long because they were stuck together and crumbled inside the bag.

Bought cookies and they were like rocks. I asked for more fresh cookies and they were the same. Refused to give me my money back even though the cookies I got were old.

Friendly staff and fresh food! Well made sandwich and not messy slapped together.

I was charged for 2 orders instead of one and was told by the employee working the extra charge wouldn’t go through. When it did, I emailed for a refund and was told to contact a Paul for a refund. I have emailed and called him multiple times over the past several months and he refuses to contact me back or refund my money. Avoid this location since they think it’s ok to steal money from customers!!!

I work in the same building on the other side of the wing and love this one! They normally only have 1-2 people working but work very fast and I’m out of there ASAP!

Ordered and paid on the app, got home and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. Called the store and the staff wouldn't let me speak to a manager but took my number. I have only received 2 robo emails thanking me for being a customer and they are "sorry the sandwiches didn't meet my expectations." I simply want the sandwiches replaced or a refund for my order on 6/24 20.

Worst experience at subway today. There was a waitress(the fat one among both) who was very rude and was irritated for every request. She finally wrote all the names wrong on our 6 subs including the vegetarian one. She named the veg patty as chicken. When I went back and pointed out her mistake, she was not even 1% apologetic.
