1. The employee girl was very unfriendly and rude, she was noticeably disappointed to have to work.2. We asked and paid for “double meat” and she barely add 50% more meat.3. We wanted tap water and this rude employee made us pay $2.52 for just the cup!Don’t go to this subway!
Absolute rude and unhappy girl works in this subway location. She won’t let you have tap water unless you pay almost $3 dollars for a cup. This subway absolutely gives the franchise a very bad name. Also, they won’t honor/take any of the subway coupons, they will make you pay for extras without give you the right amount of the “extras”. I would highly recommend to drive a few miles away and go to the next Subway in the area, do NOT stop at this Subway.
We ordered 4footlongs through their website , picked them up, and got them home. Every sandwich was made wrong, so we called the person who answered the phone and said her name was Cat was rude . I had to wait until the next day when we finally got ahold of the manager, Stephanie. she was good.. also the app is still has sandwiches that have been discontinued; they just make some other one and don't even tell you
Dang this girl makes a perfect clean n mean sandwich and wraps it so nicely UT naked you WANT TO Eat there. Everywhere else is so sloppy and careless but this girl was outstanding in her customer service and you can tell she took pride in her job and that in itself is very refreshing! I'll Def go back to this location and hopefully she will have gotten a promotion she's very deserving . I font know her name but thanks lady for the yummy sandwh8ch and great service!!
Zero customer service skills from female server: no greetings, not being nice or polite, disrespectful.Sorry if she had a bad day, but you don't bring it on to your customers.Hope they improve training the staff.
Ordered a delivery via Subway website and powered from DoorDash delivery. Wait 30 late abs my drink is missing on the order! Called the shop and a lady was “oh we are so sorry but we give the drink to the driver” Me like “do you have the drive number?” She like “ as the order delivered we can’t do anything”.Now what ? Where is my drink!
This Subway is great! I go out of my way just to go to this one when I'm craving my Turkey Italiano. I work strange hours, so the friendly overnight workers are a godsend. I'm always satisfied with my order and the speed of service as well. Thanks to the wonderful crew at this location!
Honestly one of the best subways around--unless you're ordering from DoorDash during the graveyard shift. The guy who does it literally doesn't care what's on the order. We've gone in to complain, but all he says is, "just blame the restaurant" and shrugs, like he didn't give me an Italian sandwich when I paid for a rotisserie chicken with double meat. Again, everyone else I've interacted with at the store, in person, is excellent. Except the graveyard guy.
Asked for my son's cheese to be put on my sandwich due to him not liking cheese. Every single subway we have ever been to has done this.. She refused and said it would cost extra. Then she charged us for the cheese anyways. She couldn't even remember what we ordered when time to pay. She was extremely rude and doesn't know how to do her job. NEVER GOING BACK!
Thank God this place exists. Late night munchies in puyallup can only be satisfied by this subway in puyallup. Too many times I've been let down by '24/7' fast food joints in puyallup but this place is always open and they provide the best service from the gas station all the way to the subway. 1) They're 24/7 2) Treat you with respect 3) clean environment 4) friendly 5) Amazing food and service
