An hour after opening , with the open sign on , the woman working there scribbles a note and slams it on the door at me " busy , taking delivery " . Ok , but how is that my fault ? I then tried to call an order . When I asked what time she opened , she hung up . There's a subway a few blocks down River Road n across the street. Nice lady , worth the driveopen
Is zero stars an option?! Never coming back here. The place is a pit (not mopped, dirty tables and floors) yet the self proclaimed manager refused me service because I didn't have a mask! So she was concerned about my heath but not enough to actually clean the restaurant? Seriously!? The "mandate" is up in four days. I prepaid for my food so she had to give it to me. If she was the manager the owner should take note. She was rude, unkind and mumbled some pretty inappropriate comments on her way into the back. I know good help is hard to find these days but you can certainly do without her. Oh by the way, I have seen this same gal and her sidekick come from the back with no masks on almost every time I have been in the store? So?
I appreciate when a business is clear that they do not like your kind and will not serve you. It makes it easy to plan where I should spend my money since they don't want it. Thank you for simplifying my spending choices.
Suppossed to be open already, and lights were on, open sign on, door locked, so I called to check what was the real open time and the employee was hidding when she saw me. It was weird, I mean if you are not open yet it's ok but turn signoff, or post right hours.
It really was no different than any other Subway have been to. I do like the food and the service was good, so I will be back at some time!
There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no garbage bag in the trash can. The work counter was dirty and the worker was mumbling under his breath when we walked up. He snapped at my son when my son asked him to repeat himself. He didnt toast the sandwich we asked to be toasted and threw our food around. When an online order came in he started yelling and complaining. He was smacking the screen and sighing repeatedly. Then he ripped the reciept off the machine and threw it. Coming back he was rude saying what did you want. I asked for pickles and he scoughed and opened the fridge snatching a container and slamming it on the counter. Just threw the veggies on. Worst customer service Ive seen at subway. He obviously hates his job and it shows.
So i walk in and the guy behind the counter was wearing his mask below his nose (like everyone else who wants to defy gov inslees mandate request to wear masks) and then he tells me I wasn't allowed to buy food because I wasn't wearing mask..... what a hypocrite. Can't buy food cause no mask yet you don't have to wear yours properly... rules for thee but not for me?
What garbage food now. There was such a mess of food behind the counter and mixed food in all the bins. I would of walked out. But I was on my lunch break. The kids they have working also werent very friendly.
Employees did fine, wore masks, and were polite to customers. The (what looked like to be their “manager”) was not wearing a mask, taking phone calls, and had a child behind the counter. Not a good business model. Poor leadership.
This location is horrible. I just tried to go in and order a footlong Italian bmt and I always get marinara sauce on it to make it like a pizza sub but they refused and said they weren’t allowed to do that the marinara is only for the meatball sub. I said that’s ridiculous I’ve never been told that can you just charge me extra or something then? And they said no. So I just walked out. Part way through them making the sandwich which I’m sure they obviously had to throw out. Makes no sense to me.
