Not a huge fan of Starbucks but this location in Puyallup was top notch. Service was great, coffee was actually good and the employees actually made eye contact. One of the better ones I've been too.
I was actually having a bad day , but I went to Starbucks today and they made my drink wrong but it was just a little fix but I didn't want to say anything , I was just greatful for the drink , but one of the workers that was working at the window and handed my drink notice there was something wrong with my drink cuz I was looking at it and I swear he was not going to let me leave until they fix my drink how I liked it ! Jacob is awesome! Usually when a barista see somebody bothered with their drink they really don't even ask if they are okay with it or if there's something wrong with it they just let you go on with your day with a drink that was made wrong LOL...I know it was just a fixed drink. But it really did make my day!! Jacob is awesome ?
Great store. The drive thru is a mess to get into. But the store layout is open and plenty of seating.
Bought my coffee at 7:58, this location typically has outstanding customer service but the gal at the window seemed to be in an unpleasant mood. Small things like saying your welcome and have a good day go a long ways, I’d think the polite thing to do is to acknowledge people when they are speaking to you as well.. Hope she has a better morning but definitely sets the tone for customers throughout the day. She had lashes and a tattoo by her neck. I really enjoy the curly haired girl, she is always spunky and so polite. Truly makes a difference ?
Ordered some drinks and breakfast here 2 days ago and received the friendliest services I’ve had from anywhere in a while from women managing the drive thru. Smiley, kind, and helpful. Great way to start the day!
I absolutely love Starbucks, i mean who doesn't. I will say that this is my favorite establishment… every time I go there they remember my name and actually treat me as a person and not just a custom. They are very polite
Love this place when i come in everyone knows my name and what i like to order. Stephanie and the young man that works in there and goes to school are the best. Sorry i forgot his name. Over all great place.
Sweeeetest baristas and always fast! Line is gone in 3 minutes!! They are doing a wonderful job
Amazing drinks! I ordered a Grande Strawberry Acai Refresher with 6 pumps Raspberry, and topped with passion tea and lemonade. Yummy!
Kind and pleasant people work at this one. Please tip these guys bc they are not allowed to bring it up. And if so they are to Express gratitude and insist no tip is necessary but really they hardly get tipped enough and not consistently either. If they help make your day show some kindness.
