The bathrooms were clean. The inside of the lobby was clean. Service was great. Coffee was also amazing! Plenty of parking, although getting to the store was somewhat tricky.
Hard to give it a two star, but I did. The staff were nice, but the person making the coffee needs to drink her own coffee for herself sometime. It tastes horrible. I get the same drink every time, so I know what it is supposed to taste like. Even after the second try it still tasted horrible. I gave up and left. What's the point of corporate coffee, if it's not consistent? That's the whole reason I go to starbucks. Fast, convenient, and CONSISTENT.
Hailey and Morgan went above and beyond for me in my moment of need and I can’t thank them enough. They also made my drink quickly and it was by far one of the best Carmel ribbon crunches I have ever had. Wish I could give a million stars. Great location and great service
Asked for a chocolate croissant heated up. They gave it to me almost immediately so I double checked to make sure they actually warmed it up. She says she did. Well the inside was cold so I'm guessing they threw it in for literally 2 seconds. Thanks for my 4 dollar cold croissant.
I ordered a frappe with no whip but got whip…I figured it wasn’t a big deal, so I left the store, only to find that the drink was half actually whip. Was a bit disappointed, don’t think I’ll be going to this particular store again.
Okay, the cold brew is for sure watered down. It's the weakest stuff I've ever had from Starbucks. It didn't even taste like coffee. Also, what kind of multi billion dollar company denies a customer water as they order after spending 15 dollars on watered down milk?

It's a very chill environment not to busy at all and all the staff are nice and respectful.
They were allowing inside service, and still professional as always.
