I hate this Starbucks, every time I stop there in a pinch I regret it. I never write reviews because usually they throw a $4 gift card out the window for their mistakes (doesn’t even cover the cost of my drink) but I’m done. I ordered a drink today with cold foam, anyone who drinks cold foam knows what it looks like and this ain’t it. Don’t waste your time stopping at this location. I know I won’t ever again.

This Starbucks in Safeway is always friendly and makes an effort in what they do. Unlike some others where they don't care like for example the starbucks on mountain next to Spanaway Walmart.
Customer service sucks in the morning and has for a while. I’m not the only one talking about it getting worse either. Today prime example. Girl at window was yawning as she waited for her to be handed my drink to give to me. Then she handed it to me and turn away. I was like omg please other Starbucks up the road replace this frown they just put on my face. Went there and ordered my food portion and they were so awesome!!!! See the food? That was ordered not at this location.
