I order everyday thru the app for myself and others. My order is always exactly as requested and the service is beyond excellent.
I ordered through the app for in store pickup, I walked to the counter where they are placed to grab my stuff as the barista was putting another drink there, not even a hello or any acknowledgement from her or any other baristas, which is never the case when I get my drinks in a Seattle starbucks, I won't be returning to this one here from my experience today

Keep in mind as you read this, I go to this location at least 4 times a week and some of the baristas even know my name, and I tip well. This store has continued to offer mobile orders for "in store" pickup while locking their lobby doors and forcing drive thru. If walking, how would I get my order? And who puts in a mobile order just to wait in line at the drive through? When making the verbal complaint to a barista, the manger came and told us "not to yell at his barista" which we were not, we were mearly expressing our complaint and concern and having to speak over our loud large barking dogs(hence why we don't do drive tru). The manager proceeded to slam the drive thru window at us. I had made the exact same complaint a week prior to a batista with a promise a manager would call and one never did, and when we see one in person he slams the window shut on us. Absolutely unacceptable.

Disappointed that three visits now in the last couple weeks they've been out of chai tea. Usually I prefer this location out of all of the Puyallup Starbucks (which is a big deal since there's nearly 10 in Puyallup) because they're friendly and not packed all the time. I understand there's shortages right now, just kind of a bummer.
I ordered a bacon guda sandwich and it was cold, so I asked for a new one. The new one was then hard as a rock. So I asked for a refund and they acted like it was just another day. They didn't even try to make it right.kind of sad since I go to Starbucks every day.
Never had 1 order be wrong. Staff is always cheery. Easy in & out off Meridian
