The food is ok. But I spent 48 mins waiting on “Fast Food”I ordered through the app and it seems like it’s pointless. The app said my food would be ready in 4 mins and yet I waited 40+ mins.After about 20 mins. I pressed the red button at the stall that did absolutely nothing. I called them and no one answered. Finally someone comes out to tell me that they forgot an item and they are still having to prep the meal.I ordered some large cheese fries and this is what we received. This definitely doesn’t look like a large to me.

Most of the time this location is on point with wait time, food temp, friendliness of employees!The menu hasn't changed much in price or selection, which is great for several people during this inflation time. I usually go for quick value menu items, when I come for lunch. I order through the app, which has its benefits, like rewards, and always 1/2 price beverages, as well as special offers on selection items each month.They also have an all day breakfast menu, which is pretty good. I have quite the appetite, so my ticket usually runs above $15, but if you just want a quick burger and drink, maybe a milkshake, you can do that for under $10.

Slow and bad customer service. I went here with my son for the first time. There were only 2 cars in front of us and it took forever. When it was our turn to order, we were not greeted with words but silence. We waited for literally 4 minutes before the lady even acknowledged we were there. We said “Hello?” And she chirped, “ Well be with you in a second.” She finally took our order. We drove up to the window and yet not another greeting. She just told us our total and took my card. We waited patiently for our food. She finally handed us our order and said, “Here you go.” She never said thank you, have a great day, good bye or anything else. It was rude and a bad experience.

The cook was super nice about running out of items we had ordered the cashier was extremely rude. Pretty much shoved our food at us when it was done and I asked for my daughter's shake and she shut the window and I patiently waited I could see her shake at the window so it wasn't being made. Mind you there were othwr cars waiting forever. She finally opened the window and rolled her eyes with and attitude didn't say anything I said yes we are missing the strawberry shake and... she shuts the window grabs the drink opens the window gives it to me shuts the window as I'm trying to ask for straws and again with attitude opens the window I just said straws I couldn't get a full sentence in. She gives them to me and says anything else!!!!! Just crazy rude but not the whole staff just her food was fine. Wouldn't recommend this location...

If I could give a negative 5 I would. Ordered through the app to get the half price drinks and parked in the stall. The screen on the stall showed that it was being brought out. Then it showed order complete and have a nice day. Waited 5 minutes I pushed the button and Sarah said that they are doing drive thru only and we told her we placed it on the app and she said someone will be right out with it. We waited 20 minutes and then called corporate customer service to get a refund. The customer service agent said to press the button and let her listen and I did and told them that I want a refund and I had customer service on the phone. They said they would send a manager out but they never did. Customer service said that they are ridiculous! What a waste of my time. These incompetent employees are giving other hard working fast food workers a bad name. How many lazy workers are at Sonic that can't deliver 2 drinks? Pathetic!

Good burgers and great milk shakes. I do miss being able to order and have the car hop bring our order. Long slow drive through line ever since the pandemic.

It was the worst experience. Ordered online, drove up and checked in, heard nothing for 15 minutes. Pushed call button answered but put me on hold, 15 minutes later, pushed call button again still put on hold. Finally someone comes out i tell her I was there to pickup an online order, she said she'd check it out but never saw her again after a half hour wait. Finally I call them on the phone someone finally comes out asking if I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich, witch I did not. Showed her my ordered from my phone and we got the order 10 minutes later. No offer of credit or anything. She did apologize but at that point I wasn't ready for just that. I'm not going back there... ever. And I was being patient knowing about places being short on staff.

Terrible food and expensive! Fries were cold! Mozzarella sticks were not fresh! Shakes were nasty! Could of went to McDonald’s and ordered a blizzard for cheaper price! Drive thru was terrible! Kept repeating order cause they kept saying they can’t hear! Fix the stupid speaker ? First time and last !!!

It's fast food, but they have alot of different choices. Their milkshakes aren't the best though. I find that Chic-Fil-a's milk shakes taste more like real ice cream.

Understaffed, with nice but clearly unmotivated staff. The ordering screen at the drive thru has been out for years(yes even before the pandemic) and they don't seem to care in the slightest. Drive up stalls are all shut off (COVID and staff shortages I assume) which means no car hops. I only go for a Sonic Blast and fries which are good, but probably hard to mess up. My guess is it's a management issue here, coupled with high staff turnover which might be induced by the former.
