had craving for Mexican so stopped here for the first time, wish we hadn't. The only time we saw our waitress was to take our order. She never came back. The busboy delivered the chips, salsa and water, the drinks and the food and picked up the dishes. We had to go to the hostess stand to get the bill. My dish was ordered medium spicy but the only flavor was from the onions and green peppers cooked in the dish, I don't think any seasoning was used. Gave the busboy the tip. Won't b back.

It was an okay experience; everything was mediocre. All of the food I tried was not flavorful; the fajitas were not seasoned and no choice of flour or corn tortilla. I did not like the salsa (mostly liquid, not purée. Liquid.), but that is a preference. The margarita wasn’t good (all too heavy on sugar (very mixer based)), again a preference.The young female busser should be promoted to waitress as she was the most helpful employee we interacted with. It wasn’t busy (unless you were severely understaffed) and if it weren’t for her (busser), the service wasn’t good. It would not be valuable for your company to limit her to being a busser.

This place is sooooo disgusting! Many reasons, 1. The place has a funny smell like old people or on change diapers 2. The tacos I ordered were taco shells from the store are you bye, they did not make the taco shells they bought them from the store prepackaged gross! 3. They do not give refills on your soft drinks 4. The prices are extremely high for the amount and quality of food you get 5. Not the best service pretty rude. I would rather eat at McDonald’s for the rest of my life then go back to this place.(I dis like McDonald’s) save your money and eat at home.

I placed a order for pick up. 2 chicken enchilada meal. I got there and it was not ready. Bartender went to get it and was told they gave it to someone else. He went to place my order again and the kitchen told him they would not remake it. How was that my fault? Left with no food. Worst customer service I have ever had. They should have remade it for free. Never go there.
We wanted to give San Blas a try because we live in the neighborhood and like trying new places when we go out. We are fans of Mexican food since we grew up with it so we know about it. First impression was that the place is lovely! Well decorated, happy, clean the murals are beautiful and even the bathrooms are beautiful and very clean. That part gets 5 stars. Now comes the part that gets 1 star and that will keep us from coming back. My husband ordered a little pot of melted cheese the salsa was out of a can and the cheese is either Cheese Whiz or something like that. It took 20 minutes for the waiter to bring the cheese to the table and the cost $10 so after that we got the check and went to a different restaurant for dinner.
