First time visit. I ordered the B meal. I love almond chicken. However the almond chicken I was served was extremely salty and very tough. I could barely cut it with my fork no knife was included! The rice was decent although again the chicken pieces in the chow mein were too large. I was disappointed.
We used to love this place but the last order we had was just very bad in ways that you cannot make it a one off. The order of BBQ pork we had delivered was gray ashy in color and dry beyond belief, I debated whether or not to give it to my dogs or just throw it away and not even gamble it. The fried rice was flavorless, the meet for Mongolian beef was extremely fatty (more so than typical Mongolian beef) and what lean there was could hardly be chewed. My wife's chicken was not any better, the dumplings were ice cold and unenjoyable, overall I feel like I just threw away $80 here on food, tip, and delivery fee. We will never go in or order from them again.
Staff are very friendly. Food came out quick and hot. However the food is just terrible. They definitely need to rethink their fried chicken batter recipe. Also, they don't season anything. The only thing decent was the egg flower soup and the water. Tai Tung in downtown Seattle is WAY better!
Pork fried rice with almost no pork. Sweet and sour pork with no Bell Pepper, Onion and Pineapple, just sauce. Cold BBQ pork.
Excellent lunch here today! Got the Mongolian beef lunch special, the meat is so tender and so much favor. I have been a customer here for many years and the food is consistently delicious.
Great food, nice staff and pretty fast especially since they were so busy when we were there. I'll go again for sure.
This place is hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I have eaten at. We have eaten here several times and it has always Been great. Never had a mistake with any of our take out.
The best Chinese restaurant in town! It can get a little busy sometimes, but definitely worth the wait.
It seems they charge you for everything little thing, but when they mess up they give you issues as to why they can’t fix it. We have dietary issues so some things we can’t eat, but that’s a problem too. They charged us $80 this time, $70 last time, but still the same issues when they make a mistake on the order it’s not their fault always yours. The smart thing is to not go to waste your money on things you don’t want or can’t eat. If your going to donate money make it to a worthy cause, not issue after issue. Bad customer service. They need to take some professional ethics classes and then start over. Funny thing is now they charge you for the rice that is supposed to come with your meal ? I wonder if they will start charging for noddles with your meal next. 3 out of 10.
Food was excellent. Staff was great. A bit pricey but worth it.
