Great burgers, very friendly customer service
I’m not a very picky eater what so ever,But don’t get the smokehouse chips.The chips are stale, brisket is well not really even there??Thought it was a joke but aye,Nothing like some cold hard pickle chips?
Paid fifty bucks to wait 45 minutes past ready time for a curbside pickup, got charged for an app that should have been free through their rewards program, and the food was lukewarm because, as the only person they had on curbside service told us, the cook line put it in the Doordash pile, where it sat for a half hour before reaching us. I commend the curbside waitress for her twenty second apology before dashing back off to run more orders, but zero effort beyond this was offered, despite submitting my complaints immediately after returning home. It's been about three or four days now, and still no word. Never had a problem like this with dining in, so I'm willing to chalk this up as an exception and not the rule, and will likely refrain from ordering curbside with them for the foreseeable future. I am hopeful that the establishment takes the time to respond to my concerns in the near future.
Very good food like every Red Robin. I love the sweet potato fries but twice when I asked for a refill I got the regular instead of the sweet. Still a good experience.
We celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday, and the whole staff at Red Robin was amazing!!!Our server, Donovan got all 6 of orders correct as we all ordered with Impossible Patty and it's was delicious ...Thank you, Red Robin Team
I have always enjoyed Red Robin's food in the past. But I ordered online for take out, and though the restaurant is right up the street, when we arrived to pick up the order, the food was cold, I ordered fries and literally got 6 steak fries with my burger. Even though I had to order the food, drive ro get the food, and go inside to pick up my food---they automatically added a "tip" of $7.95 which I did not think they deserved. I will not be ordering online at Red Robin again.
I had Red Robin on my list of restaurants to try for a long time. I was not disappointed at all. The Burger I had was simply delicious and one of the best tasting burgers I have had so far. The fries were good but a little bit less than warm. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Even though they were very busy the staff worked very hard to accommodate everyone's needs. They were also careful about seating and maintaining distances as well as cleaning as people left. I have Celiac disease and they are always very careful to avoid gluten contamination. I love the atmosphere and quirky humor in the setting.
Excellent customer service at the pick-up counter.Our order was hot & ? & all extras that we asked for were included!! That's a big plus for me because so many places forget the sauces & silverware. We used Active Menus to place our order with ease.
Good service. Short wait to get in but not bad at all. Friendly staff!
