This place has gone down hill as of late. Always short staffed and really dirty.
It smelled bad when we walked in like someone pooped their pants, the food was great, service was ok they were busy, we had to wait to be greeted and seated. She said she was going to clean the table but it was very dirty with food still on it. Some of the food and drinks were wrong. I didn't eat too complain to much since managing a restaurant I understand being short staffed. My my daiquiri tasted like it didn't have sugar, very confused by this. We had to ask for things twice because they were brought when ordered.
It seems like they just don't care. Don't get the orders right and when they do the food is sub par. Not like it use to be. very disappointed. Carrots were obviously old and gross. Bob's Burgers is WAY better.
Do not eat here! I ordered through PostMates a big pig out tavern, extra fries, milkshake and a pep pizza!A $50 order and I only received 1 item which was the burger and soggy fries.... the middle was so pink and raw (asked for no pink) I didn't have any bacon and I found a hair! It seemed like they gave me the wrong order. I called and was placed on hold for 30 mins I ended up hanging up! Not a good experience at all! Postmates did not help they told me to reach out to the restaurant who also did not help. $50 wasted on food I didn't get and couldn't even eat and yes it looks like someone already took a small bite of my burger before it got to me ?
Went to Red Robin tonight. We arrived and got seated pretty quickly. Our server was very friendly and outgoing but cannot do his job to save his life. When we got seated, we ordered three waters. The waitress who served our waters gave us 2 for our party of 3. She then later came serving us a beer? Wrong table. Our main waiter walked passed us multiple times as we tried to CALL FOR HIM. After 20 minutes our orders were finally taken. It took around 40 minutes for our food to come. People around who were seated later than us had already gotten their food by the time we ORDERED. Our server said he would get us napkins and water refills. Finished our meals, no water or napkins. My tavern haystack was cold and soggy. Looked worse than a quarter pounder. There were no fried onion straws and the patties were DRY and extremely unseasoned. Southern charm wasn’t very charming. Flat, mediocre. For how long our food took to come I would have expected it to be half good. Do not know what was worse, the service or the food. This Red Robin establishment is a mess, do not be fooled by the good reviews.
Worst experience in a Red Robin ever. From the moment we were seated, everything was sub par. No crayons for the kids, They gave us about 10 cold fries, and they never came back to bring more even though we paid for the "endless" fries. They seemed to be out of everything so we were very limited on what we could order. They brought out the kids meals before ours, and we waited another 30 minutes before our food came. The food was cold. The "cheese fondue" sauce was as runny and as tasteful as dishwater. We sent our food back, and the manager only gave me 1/2 of what the bill came to. In my experience, any time a restaurant blew it this badly, the Manager refunded the entire meal. I doubt I will ever go to another Red Robin.
Went to BJ,s in Puyallup for lunch the servers were really nice and the food was good.
The best burgers & my waitress was awesome. Bar is nice too
Great service and food, overall a very pleasant experience!
Staff was very quick and friendly and my order came out much faster than expected. Been going to this location for over 15 years now and this RR has never disappointed me.
