It was the BEST AND THE FOOD WAS AWESOME. They ended up accommodating our BASEBALL ⚾️ ALL STAR TEAM 35 Chris was AWESOME TREATING US .
Chris our server was very attentive. It was our first time at this location. Service is a lot better in this location (puyallup) than in Lakewood. In Lakewood you never know what kind of service you will get..Chris was excellent today, loved his friendliness and attention. I had the patty melt and my husband the classic burger. Both good.
Food was delivered. French fries were mushy, greasy in a bag all clumped together. Was told the fries were fresh. There’s no way these were fresh. Even with the delivery time. The French dip bread was wet and mushy as well. Was told by manager I could come and get another food order which completely defeats the purpose of delivery. Will NEVER eat at the Ram again
Was at the Ram today. Our server was just fine, food however was less than mediocre. Used to be a great place to go and food was great. Not so much. If my friend hadn't wanted to meet there I wouldn't have been there. Not headed back.
Burgers and fries tasted good, but not nearly enough to be worth the money.Pros:- Food tasted goodCons:- Way too little food for the price. Maybe if portions were doubled it would be worth it- Really, really bad estimates on times. Pickup orders aren't started before you arrive but they tell you five minutes. Be ready to wait 3 or 4 times longer than that. This is after you wait the half hour before showing up. In-person guests also getting half hour estimates, then leaving after an hour and no table.- Almost no one except employees wearing masks. While standing around inside. At the time of writing, there were still signs requiring them, but this was clearly just for appearances
We’ve always loved going here! It’s always quick and great service! One thing we weren’t too fond of this trip though was the men’s bathroom.... Due to the oil from the kitchens the septic backs up and makes it smell HORRIBLE by the bathrooms. (Not out in the lobby and eating are though) but def would be nice to get that checked out! Our waitress was great!!!!
We had a really nice time here tonight Staff are so friendly and positive despite impatient diners and capacity restrictions. A very kind woman helped us stake out a table at the bar when we were creeping for a table.Thanks Peyton for being so great to us. You were so patient with us when we struggled to decide and when we were starving cause of the munchies. 10/10
Very good visit. Every restaurant in the area was packed at 5:30 on a Sunday... so I thought "Lets try the Ram". They got us right in. No wait. We took advantage of "Kids eat for $1.99 on Sundays." Our server Payton was super nice and was on it. Great service. We had the fried pickles and they were crispy and delicious. Our server went out of her way to make sure our steak was cooked correctly and our 2 year old had crayons and a coloring menu. I had a Kolsch beer that was Ice cold and refreshing. The Pulled Pork Tacos were just right. A little smoky and a little sweet with pickled onions and Cole slaw. The Manager said goodbye and thank you to our 2 year old as we left which was very sweet.

Food took a while, waiter didn't give us happy hour promotion for our drinks.Good food, so that remedied the service.
