Service at this location has certainly changed in the last few years. Ordering online has become nonexistent even through delivery services. The location itself doesn’t accept online orders and the lines to order are outrageous. The food selection is also becoming scarce. This needs to be fixed.
When I was served, my food was adequate, but very little attention was paid to me as a customer. Staff here would do 100% better if they address the customer as their priority instead of their private conversations.
great qdoba! food is always correctly made and tastes great. amazing workers and managers at this location, that’s hard to find these days!
I would give this no stars if I could I have gotten food poisoning from here and so has my friends on diffrent occasions. It’s not clean if it continues to get people sick.
Wow! I just tried the Surf & Turf bowl and it was delicious! Great customer service! The team were all polite, respectful, patient, and professional. I love Qdoba! Thanks guys!
Waited in line ordered 3 meals attempted to pay with debit. Declined based on technical BS, provided cash to pay for order. Employees untrained to accept cash. Would not accept my legal tender. Had to walk out without ordered meals. Wow what a failure. Never returning.
I walked in your restaurant to place an order, was immediately told to put on a mask. They are requiring the wearing of masks, however, do not have any to provide for us. I wasted over 12 minutes of my 30 minute break, in order to get my food ordered. I think it is absolutely rude and out of line for you to require wearing a mask and do not have any to provide for us. I also do not appreciate the condescending tone that I received from both your employee and your quote unquote manager. if you are going to require a mask supply the mask. Period. also DO NOT allow people to use their personal opinion in this situation. The fact that I have to repeat myself, letting them know that my extreme asthma is something that I cannot control and the mask is a problem for me, is against HIPAA laws and regulations. And I DO NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN MYSELF. Please contact me immediately.

Great made to order burritos. So many choices Chicken, beef, brisket, steak, just to name a few. Ours are always stuffed by the time we are done. They have other items too but we always have our go to burritos. A must also is the chips, man you just can't eat one. Ok now I'm hungry guess I know what's for dinner tomorrow night.
The restaurant was very dirty. In the kitchen area, they had a LOT of chips and food on the floor and the workers were walking over it like nothing, by that time the restaurant wasn't even busy,(the only customers at that time were only my sister and me) and I count 4 workers at front including the cashier that were just standing there and talking instead of cleaning, the cashier was texting, touching her hair and helping with the food and I didn't see her washing her hands on between. My my food didn't taste fresh, I asked for tortillas and the handed them to me hard and cold.The only reason why I noticed how disgusting was kitchen floor is because I looked at it when l went to the restroom which it was also disgusting. The tables were also dirty. I had such of bad experience that I know for sure that I never will go back to that restaurant again.
