The service sucks. The waiter said it was because they were short staffed and although that may have been true, it was a 3 hour experience that totally sucked. First we got there during happy hour and ordered happy hour food but still got charged regular price. 2nd we tried to ask for the regular menu and were denied so we looking up the menu on our phones. 3, my friend asked for a recommendation for a rum drink. The man replied rum and coke. She asked for something different and he replied "if your not here for tequila, why are you here?" 4. The patio umbrella broke and a metal bar almost hit me in the face. We brought it to the waiters attention and he laughed and said he'd get right on it as he walked away! 5. It took forever to order. It took forever to order a second drink. And lastly it took forever to get to get our food. The food was alright, not the greatest though. Overall it was poor experience and we won't be back.
I was seated immediately on a Friday night. The hostess was friendly and engaged conversation. The waiter was attentive. The salsa with chips was delicious. I had Fajitas which came out not on a sizzle board, but was hot. The lettuce at the center of the plate added visually, but was still fresh and crisp despite the food surrounding it being hot. The guacamole on the plate had chunks of avocado. I dug in and enjoyed every bite without slowing down to take a picture of the food. I was skeptical due to an average rating by previous customer, so maybe I didn’t have the highest expectations but I plan to visit again and would recommend it.
People were friendly, but they didn't refill drinks without being asked. Enchiladas were good, but the beans and salsa ruined the entire meal. When she brought the beans they were a liquid not solid and had a strange taste. My bf said that they used the fat trimmed or cooked off of the beef they cooked to make the beans. The salsa had jalapeños, which is upsetting because not everyone can handle eating them. We'll see tonight how my stomach feels after eating there.
Placed an order through door dash and there was something I ordered that was not available. The dasher said the restaurant tried to contact me, but I never received any calls, texts or emails other than the one message from the dasher through the app. The order should’ve just been cancelled by the restaurant (that’s what usually happens in a situation like this) but instead, but that didn’t happen. I was charged for the whole order. I was able to get a refund from DoorDash, but it still should’ve been cancelled to begin with.
Food was alright but the alcoholic drinks were terrible. My date asked for a particular brand of tequila and they obviously gave her a cheap version. My mixed drinks definitely weren’t worth the money either. Maybe find a bartender who knows what they’re doing. Sorry
They have decent food but it always smells like bathroom/urinal patty. That is the worst smell while eating I don't get how resteraunts don't smell this smell. ???
Went into the bar for lunch with my sister and basically was not served. The bartender was upset that we wanted to order our drinks before ordering our lunch and started taking our menus away. Then he just didn't make our drinks at all and acted irritated when my sister went to the bar to ask if he forgot. He got realy smarty and told us to go to the restaurant side of the establishment. He was hanging out with a group at the bar and was very friendly with them. They were his friends so he didn't want to serve any one else. Dont go here for a relaxing time. They act put out to give service..incredibly rude. Went to the Forum for great service and better food!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service was rude and the food subpar. We ordered a kids menu enchilada and a 3 taco plate. The tacos were room temperature, borderline cold upon arrival, served with a dried up, shriveled lime wedge. After being left alone for over 15 minutes we finally had to flag someone else down to get another lime wedge. We couldn’t even finish half the tacos due to them being cold. After letting our server know, they bring us the check and say the owner is still going to charge for half the tacos because we ate one (of three) and a bite of another. When we didn’t feel this was right, and asked to speak with her, the “owner” was immediately hostile and not only refused to discount further but then said we were lucky not to be charged for another lime. Horrible experience and we will actively recommend people go elsewhere. Very disappointed.
