My review is not representative of the employees, but of the management of this place as a whole. I am sure the employees had no choice, and were overworked/underpaid, which explains the less than stellar experience I had.1. The lobby was closed. Drove to the drive through to find two kids ordering on foot. It was raining.2. They make you wait to start order. There was no roof/cover to stop the rain from entering my car, so I had to take out my umbrella while waiting for the prompt (I can't close my window because I will not hear the prompt). Picture this, a person inside a car with umbrella outside the driver seat.Management never bothered installing rain protection, in Washington state.3. They got the order wrong. Probably because they could not hear me clearly, or they were just too tired.4. Popeye's really charges for Gravy? $7 for a gravy? The employees seem nice, so I am blaming management and the head office for this.- Food Review (Subjective) -I heard so much hype about Popeye's, and this was my first time. Needless to say, I will not return to ANY Popeye's, because I also did not like the taste of food.1. Spicy chicken barely qualifies as "spicy".2. Gravy tastes weird. Like Mexican/Indian influenced. KFC wins hand down.3. Their "mild" should really just be called unspiced. Mild what? What is mild?Recommendation: Eh, try it. You might like it, but it's not for me.Me: I have tasted food around the world and I consider British and American food bland. I do like Southern USA dishes, which is why I find it weird that I hated their cajun gravy. I will take pineapple on my pizza every time, so judge me based on my palate.

I can’t vibe with this place. They’re just too dang slow… I’ve given them 5 exact chances. This time we went about an hour before closing, waited in line for about 10 minutes, decided to go inside instead, lobby was open to pick up orders, but not to take orders, so my boyfriend ordered online, and I told him “don’t do it, they’re gonna be out of stuff and you won’t know until you go through the drive through” sure enough, that’s exactly what happened. 20 minutes after waiting in the drive like instructed by the online service….

I had my first Popeyes chicken sandwich in Eugene Oregon recently (April 2022) in and it was really juicy and tasty. I was looking forward to the same experience a week later but was very disappointed with the chicken sandwich here in Washington. It was dry and missing pickles. I will need to try another Popeyes to see if I can get another sandwich as good as the one in Oregon.

This place needs to get new owner and new employee.. 3 star and 2 star on yelp so why they’re not trying to fix the issue there is obviously wrong w this place. I ordered flounder fish as I can’t eat other meat but fish, and they gave me chicken inside the fish sandwich bag. They purposely gave me the wrong item. If I live closer I would have throw that sandwich in their face and have them evaluate themselves. They’re lucky to still have job but yet they’re screwing it up for costumer that keeps their restaurant open. This place needs to shut down.

Absolutely, positively the worst. The food is great, but whomever manages this place should be fired and never allowed to work with humans again. WHY. WHY FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY CAN THESE PEOPLE NOT GET AN ORDER RIGHT? It’s every time. And not small mistakes like a missing sauce (that’s a given. Sauce is forgotten every time too) - but the sides?? All of them?!! I ordered 8 chicken tenders and received like 28. No sauce. No sides. Do you guys just throw random crap in bags and send it out with the Door Dashers?

Closes at 8, we get there at 7:15 and has our food by 7:58 from the drive thru. Just got out of the ER, my partner had staples in his head and was so hungry for a chicken sandwich! We didn’t think it would take 45 minutes, just happy we got it!Don’t go here after 7PM though. Those fries are addicting. Also, maybe it’s just south hill, but expensive for fast food

I ordered a chicken sandwich asked for no mayo and to keep the pickles. Ended up wasting my money because they gave me the exact opposite; extra mayo and no pickles and I can't eat mayo. I have also heard staff gossiping through the drive through speaker for about 10 minutes before someone finnaly took my order and waited another 20 to get my food. I would understand if they were busy at the time but there was just me and one other person in the drive through.

MY ORDER: 3 pc spicy tender w/fries & spicy chicken sandwich w/fries. 2 Lemonade's and BBQ for the sauce.TIMELINE: 8:47pm-9:21pm.ORDER I RECIEVED: Everything COLD with the exception of BBQ sauce.I support Popeye's however this will be my last visit at this particular location. I can confidently say that the typical wait time is 20 minutes minimum.Customer service is hit or miss at this location. The staff for this specific order did not have good customer. They weren't apologetic about the wait at all and it seems to be the norm for this location.Won't be coming back!

If I could give this location no stars I would. By far the most consistently horrible Popeyes I could imagine. Has messed my order up 3 different times.left me in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Gave my order, they didn't respond and forgot about me. Waited another 4 min for a response. Drove around the corner and after 14 min the car in front of me was STILL WAITING FOR FOOD. I left and went into a location 20 minutes of my way and have never looked back.

Waited for a hour and ten minutes. Could not get out of the line - staff was rude - did not provide a bag handed us each meal appropriately- did not check is we had the sauce we needed - told us to buy extra. Was not apologetic for the wait - appeared to be in no apparent rush to help us ensure we had what we needed. Terrible experience.
