Worst customer service. Employee literally stood staring forever at nothing and then went through 11 names asking me if that was my order even though I repeated my name 6x because 11 is a bit much. Good grief Charlie brown
The Spicy Pizza was fantastic please keep this option! Also our orders from this restaurant are delivered so quickly the pizza is still hot enough to burn your mouth Love it!! Keep up the good work. Nobody out pizzas the Hut!
We always have a wonderful experience at this Pizza Hut. The gentleman that is usually running the front counter when we pick up our order is very personable with a really good sense of humor. This is the only Pizza Hut we will go to.
Pizza was not to the requested order and the pinaple and onion was almost non existent. Requested extra sauce and that was not there either. Both pizzas were pretty dry
The Pizza Hut at 18810 Meridian Ave E St. 110, Puyallup, WA 98375, has always served me hot, quality food at all times during the day/night and the staff has always been professional and courteous to me.
Very disappointed. We have ordered pizza from here quite a few times in the past. Today it tasted like cardboard, like it was made WAY ahead of time and sat under a heat lamp or something. It was dry and old tasting. Truly would like to get a refund or a discount coupon or something to at least be able to try again.
Even though it was incredibly busy due to this pizza hut being the only open pizza hut during a snow storm, my order was fresh, accurate, and handed to me with a smile. I always have a wonder experience at this location. Extremely friendly staff.

Big box dinner comes with 2 medium pizzas, 4 garlic bread sticks with marinara dipping sauce and 8 bbq chicken bites. We chose a Meat Lover’s and a Hawaiian pizza.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!I placed an online order at 10:30 PM, receipt said will be ready in 10-15mins. I got to the store at 11pm, doors were locked, there was a guy and a female in the store, it was pouring rain and my husband was standing out knocking on the door, the 2 employees looked over, made eye contact, and the guy just nodded his head and walked away. My husband stood there for 5 mins still, thinking he was grabbing our order- no one ever came to the door. 15 mins later, we call the curbside pick up # on the window, and the customer service rep who answered said the location we were at has been closed for over a month (temporarily) while they worked on maintenance issues. and that no one has been working there since. I told the guy, the website allowed me to place my order and pick up at this specific location. and that I am looking in the window at 2 employees who are standing around talking. He then placed me on a 10-15 MIN HOLD to transfer me to the direct store. After the long hold, we see the guy answer the phone from INSIDE THE PIZZA HUT STORE we are at. He asked "how can I help you" I told him we been sitting outside for over 25 mins waiting for our order that was ready at 11pm- this time now its almost 11:30. The guy says "what are you talking about, we dont have any orders at our store right now" I lost it, and yelled. WTH do you mean you dont have any orders??? My name is clearly on your screen and I can see your screen with my full order and name on it. AND IT SAYS READY!!! he walks to the front counter and says "OH SORRY, itll be 10 more mins, we didnt see that order" I AM SO DONE!!!!!!!!!!!PIZZA HUT NEXT TO BROWN BEAR CAR WASH ON MERIDIAN!!
