My steak was good. Husband got the shrimp bowl. Rice and shrimp were cold. Didn't realize it came with guaq. He won't be getting that again. Colleen, our waitress, was VERY GOOD. Will prob. go again.
TV said "Large 3 topping, carry out, $10." The offer was the same on their website. But... They charge $10.99.When I asked why, I was told that it's because of Wa. wages. Talk about bait and switch! As long as they have that itsy, bitsy disclaimer, they're covered.They already charge $5 for delivery, and Pizza Hut keeps that money. It's NOT part of the drivers tip. I think I'm going to switch to Little Caesars. At least I know how much my pizza really costs.
more sauce and cheese please the last 3 times we have ordered have been great however the sauce and cheese on the pizza is pretty lame sorry... but we still love ya...
Delivery wait and actually have hot pizza instead of extremely cold and old.

Pizza was very thin for original pan pizza and tasted like the sauce was on the very light side. Have ordered from here before and enjoyed it very much but this time it was by far not up to par.
Estimated time was 15-25 minutes. I showed up after 25 minutes, and waited another 20 minutes. Called the store twice after getting through the call center and the phone just rang, no answer. Another 5 minutes and some guy shows up at my car, so now it's been nearly an hour since ordering. I told him I saw people getting their pizzas right away while I waited. Apparently, curbside pick up is last priority, and your business is not important since he told me the reason they got their food was because they walked in. He then slammed my car door shut, and walked away, no apology or anything. Doubt I'll be back.
I ordered the Triple Treat Box I paid extra for cheese sticks but got regular bread sticks! I also ordered the cinnabon mini rolls with extra cinnabon frosting but got cinnamon sticks and regular white frosting!!! I checked my order and I did order these items but it was filled wrong. It was also suppose to take 35-45 minutes for our order but it took 90 minutes to get to us. Probably not going to order from here again.
They're always quick, friendly, and attentive. And idk why but their pizza is EXTRA good sometimes. Pizza hut is always good but this one has a secret chef or something
Front desk attendant, very prompt and communicative on progress and updates.. Very descriptive and knowledgeable!
