This was probably the worst pho I’ve ever eaten. Not only was the broth incredibly murky and flavorless, comparable to bone water. We ordered for takeout, and I don’t know a lot about health codes, but we received raw meat next to our noodles in a takeout container.Places will normally cook meat in the broth, I get that. But not for takeout. How can you expect anyone to have any understanding of how to make pho, let alone at home. The broth was not hot enough by the time we got home, which was only 10 minutes away, to properly cook the meat.The only picture I got was my bowl in the microwave as I contemplated my decision on how to save my dinner for the evening. I wish I had gotten photos of the raw meat next to my noodles because that was quite shocking as my noodles had blood on them.In its current state, I don’t recommend this place for their Pho. It’s weak, flavorless and just disrespectful to the dish.Finally, just some feedback. First for takeout. Place the meat in the cup with the broth. If you intend for your pho broth to cook the meat, why not give it the time that it sits in the container, in a car, to cook.Second, save a bag, place the bean sprouts, basil, peppers, and any other added bits into the container that no longer contains raw meat. People don’t need the amount of bean sprouts that I got in that bag.Last, your broth is missing something, it’s either ginger or anise. I can’t quite put my finger on it. Maybe get some toasted vegetables in there or something. If it’s legit broth, it really needs flavor.
I have been a customer of this restaurant for years. Most recently, not only have the prices increased by 20% but the portion sizes have been disresepctfully small. When i ordered today I gave them the option of filling the container reasonably or returning my money. The "kitchen" was not interested in keeping a customer and returned my money. I will not patronize this restaurant EVER again due to their lack of consideration for loyal customers. No bueno!
I got the combo pho - large pho with spring roll #17 pho tai, nam, gan, sach (steak, flank, brisket, tendon, tripe). Excellent, fast, efficient service. It wasn’t busy when I went. Staff was attentive. Pho was good. I like that they have all the different types of meat as some places don’t have those options. Also appreciate that they stick to Vietnamese dishes and don’t try to just group a bunch of non-related Asian cuisines together. Definitely will be back!
Our family came here last night because Golden Corral had a line coming out of the door. Called this place & they said they weren't busy. Got there & it was nearly full, but we had just gotten out of church & was hungry, so we stayed & ordered. The shrimp fried rice was so bland! Appetizers were good, customer service was good too. Got our food at different times, my daughter ordered the A2 (pot stickers) & by the time we left, she still didn't get them. She left crying so thanks for that ? my husband asked why & the cashier said "the cooks are prioritizing the DoorDash orders first & haven't even started making the pot stickers". Oh okay because the DoorDash orders got there an hour & a half ago just like we did huh. Never going back there I promise you that. Do & be better
My favorite pho!!!We eat here once a week.Had gone to dinner here last night after going to Lowes, otherwise haven’t used my card anywhere in over a week, this morning had multiple charges on my card for Steam and Best Buy.I’m afraid someone may have taken my card number and used it from here, at Lowes used self check out.
First timers last night & for me personally, the last. We were a party of 9. Ofc it was a packed Sunday evening but the service was pretty quick until my niece was waiting on her pot stickers for about 30- 45mins to eventually my brother paying the bill & telling them to jst disregard the pot stickers. For that VERY reason is why it's a 1 star & why i wouldn't come back. I would understand a rice plate order for the time frame but for some pot stickers?! Let's not talk about our waiter bringing sandwiches we didn't order but still couldn't come through w some pot stickers ??Shrimp fried rice was mehh personally don't like onions & it was not shy about it (had i known i would've ordered no onions)Crab bowl & Egg rolls was FIRE ? the best part of dinner.
Good food friendly employees. Place is set up a bit awkward for a restaurant. I like the pho and cold noodle salad dishes. Feel like they could use a little more fresh herbs and such. I usually take it home instead of dine in cause the dining area is not great. A solid 4 stars for sure
Only 4 stars because I haven’t tried anything besides the pho. But the pho is delicious and very reasonably priced! Take out or eat in and the staff is friendly.
I appreciate that the service was quick and friendly, however, the brisket in the pho was mush and the chicken teriyaki was not teriyaki, It was pure soy sauce. I left not feeling too great. The only good things I ordered was the pot stickers and the Thai tea. Sadly, we will not be back.
Obsessed! I literally crave this everyday. Haha SO good! I like to take it to go and cook the steak in the broth at home with all the servings.
