Picked up a crustless buffalo chicken pizza today. It was horrible. We threw it in the trash. It was like they dumped a ton of salt in it. Neither me, my wife , or son could eat it…. Wa hat a waist of money. Will not go back

Didn't make my pizza the way I ordered it...but it's still amazing. Especially if you don't wanna cook.

This was my first time at this location.I ordered their pizza with pepperoni on one half, and a Hawaiian on the other side.I asked for it to have all pineapple on it.But instead, got it with black olives instead of the pineapple on the side with the pepperoni.Had to bring it back and get my original order that I asked for.So, it took about 1 more extra hour for me & my family to eat.Don't know if I'll be going back to that store again.

Order was wrong and they argued with me about it! ?

The man who helped us the night we came was extremely professional and friendly. I'd go back just based off of his great customer service alone. The pizza's were great as well.

This used to be our go-to Papa Murphy's. Can't say it will in the future based on what I witnessed on our last visit. It seemed a bit off and worrisome for those with allergies. We ordered a vegetarian pizza. I watched the worker making our pizza drop a large handful of chicken on the pizza, attempt to pick it off, and then proceed to hide the remaining pieces under the cheese. When I asked if it was my pizza that they were making I got a bit of an eye-roll and they asked if they wanted me to remake it. I said yes as we had ordered a vegetarian pizza. Thank goodness ours is an eating choice and not an allergy.

Had to test out our oven in our new RV as its never been used before and figured Papa Murphys Pizza to be a good test. Both the Cowboy and Hawaiian Pizzas came out perfect in 9 minutes at 425 degrees. Shared with our neighbors and loved learning about their lives over pizza & cold cold cold ? 5 stars & 2 thumbs-up ?

Good service, amazing pizza, and a nice young man named Osker was super kind and helpful taking my order!! 11/10 would recommend!!

Nice and always friendly staff.

At 5:41pm I called in to order 2 pizzas, a nice, newer young gentleman named Mathew answered, took my order, and I asked him how long, he said 15-20 minutes. We arrived around 15 minutes later and my husband went in, he was told there were no pizzas under our name, maybe I called the wrong location. My husband came out to ask me, I called back and Mathew answered… I asked him what location was I calling and the line went silent. So I asked again, 3 more times. He said he was having trouble hearing me and hung up. I decided to go in and see if it was maybe just me… a nice gal helped me and I explained I had called earlier and spoke to a boy named Mathew she said he works at that location and she was sorry, I explained I just called in again to make sure I was calling the correct place and he acted like he couldn’t hear me. He was standing right there making pizzas. It was really kind of upsetting. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for 2 pizzas one which was made incorrectly by Mathew. With two hungry kids in the car, being very pregnant and hot…I was just like shesshhh… does anybody have any sense of customer service anymore or do they value the job they signed up for? I’m starting to think nobody does their job right, things are either not done, done incorrectly, you get told everything other then an apology. The 2 stars are for the nice girl that helped make this right, your the MVP on our Sunday evening! Thank you!
