The bigger the pizza, the smaller/thinner the crust! Lol. Love Pappa John's pizza, but this place is a joke! The owner is clearly cutting corners. I ordered a regular pizza, NOT a thin crust pizza! We continue to order because we prefer PJ'S over others... Lol where has the crust gone? You've raised your prices but the crust gets smaller.
The delivery was awesome pizza in perfect condition and the service is amazingly nice! 10/10 would Definitely recommend to anyone :)

Arrival to papas jhons,one minute after close. The employees provided excellent customer service by taking my order.and provided with $$miles.
I ordered online and the pizza tracker said my approximate time was 20 minutes. Came to pick up 25 minutes later and was told they hadn’t even started to make my pizza because they were only 2 people working that it was going to take at least another 25 minutes for my order to be ready. Been waiting in my car and checking the status or my order and 40 minutes have gone and it’s still showing in the making process. I understand that they are short staff but don’t lie to customers about approximate time and take double the time. Will probably be my last time I order from this location.
I called for a pizza at 3:45 PM asking that it be delivered at 7 PM I paid for the pizza and the call center told me it would be there in 30 minutes I reminded them I wanted it at 7 PM they put me on hold for seven minutes I hung up and called the store and explain the situation whoever was working there put me on hold for five minutes I hung up I called back spoke to the same person a female I told her just bring me my pizza I will adjust my own schedule she told me your pizza will be there at 7 o’clock and hung up on me very rude young peopleYou have working for you I will never order pizza from you again
The delivery was prompt. I called because I thought the wrong pizza was delivered to me when in fact, I ordered the wrong pizza. The person told me he would make one that I wanted and have it delivered to me free of charge. He said he appreciated our business! I told him I didn't want them to have to do that. So instead, he told me that they would credit me a pizza! That is great customer service!! I definitely recommend this Papa John's
Ordered food almost two hours ago and it was supposed to be ready at 7pm. I ordered ahead of time as I know they are busy. I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes because they were busy filling the orders that came in after mine. That logic makes no sense. The customer service is horrible and I will never come back here. I’m also assuming that my pizza won’t be done in the next twenty minutes and it will be closer to three and a half hours since I ordered. Food was not ready and was just called a “Bi***” for slowing them down by asking for my food. I have been in and out of the store multiple times now. Calling someone a name is not okay and degrading/humiliating. In addition, half of my food was cold and my 2 liter was opened. Why was I waiting on food that was done if it was cold? It means my order was messed up and instead of owning it, I was humiliated. Being called a “female dog” by a male is the lowest of low. I ended up sitting in the parking lot walking in and out for over an hour on top of the hour and half I waited after originally ordering. I watched people who ordered after me walk in and out.
My order was ready the cashier was polite but not friendly so I give it three stars because nothing special about it
The people that work here are incredibly rude including the manager. Place is filthy as well
