I ordered big cups of soups one was broccoli cheddar and other chicken soup but when came back home then I saw this EVEN THERE WAS NO DIDE BREAD WHAT THEY SUPPOSED TO GIVE WITH SOUP my kids were hungry and I called them back to tell this problem then they put me on hold nd forgot me. I choose Panera bread for my kids because I thought it’s healthy options but many times they did and every time they change their drive through staff as price they charge they don’t serve accordingly . After waiting so long on lines what we get so disappointed

Chicken game over. The Signature was easily one the best drive thru sandwiches I've ever ordered. From packaging to the last, delectable bite was something to savor.I didn't pull over, but I did take the long way home and thoroughly enjoyed every bite.I've never had a sandwich look anything like the advertisement...until now. Look at this beautiful thing...

I love the food here. There's lots of options. And you can choose healthy options easily, if that's what you want. The lunch rush is a rush through. We ordered soup, salad, and 3 toasted bagels and we waited for 30 mins, which is tough to do with 3 little kids. So I'd recommend not going between 11:30-1.

I’m a big fan of Panera Bread and go very frequently. I moved to Puyallup about a month ago and this is a disappointment. I usually try to order a couple times a week for lunch or dinner. This location has been out of varied items every time. I can almost understand the fresh produce such as tomatoes, but the olives could be stocked up. Also, for an advertised bakery to be out of bread a couple time a week is ridiculous.

Panera has been, until recently, one of our favorite places to go. But since the pandemic they have been out of a lot of things. Just tonight the first 3 things I wanted, they were out of. The same happened to others in my family. We ordered online and when I got there they informed me that they no longer sell fruit punch, our daughters favorite, and had almost nothing else caffeine free. I don't know if it's just this location. I don't even know if it's just a supply line problem. I just know it seems to be getting worse and worse. It may be time to start looking for other favorites.

This is what they gave me for a nap a chicken salad sandwich

Great food, and service!! The pick 2 option is nice, so you can try 2 things… and it’s great it’s not limited to a few selections!! I was surprised we had the ability to choose 2 from almost anything on the menu! The manager was very friendly with everyone in the dining room. We sat close to the kitchen window and it was clear she was a great leader of her team, very vocal communicating and respectful at all times. I hadn’t been to Panera for probably 5 years….. I’ll be back much sooner this time!

Been here a few times and the staff are lovely people. They have never messed up an order and are VERY attentive to my allergies. They're fabtastic about changing gloves and cleaning up the food prep area between to accommodate me! They can get busy but I have yet to have it bother me!

My meal was fantastic, food was cooked great, so on so forth. So 5 out of 5 for me personally. What was not so good was what happened to other customers around me. A gentleman ordered $150 worth of food and came to pick it up and apparently it had been given to the wrong customer. Another customer was given the wrong items completely. Basically this place was overwhelmed with customers and the staff seemed overwhelmed. With all this bad stuff going on you could audibly hear the staff bad talking other shifts. "Well it's not your fault it's gonna be morning shifts fault"So there you have it

Over 40 minutes for a sandwich, cup of soup, salad, and 2 kids sandwiches. Multiple frustrated customers commenting on them being completely out of coffee, soda machine has no ice and was pouring out only syrup for drinks, and no cup lids or straws, etc. Staff was friendly but extremely overwhelmed by the number of customers ordering dine in, take out, curbside, and drivethrough. When we finally got our food in a to go bag, the soup was placed in sideways and leaking into the bag, there were no utensils or napkins, and a quarter of our food was missing.
