Good for fast food chain. Appreciate there are always a few heart healthy choices and the brown rice. Never a worry eating here.
While I was waiting for them to give me my order, I saw a lady chopping veggies (was green veggies so either asparagus or broccoli) with gloves on. When the phone rang, that same lady stopped chopping to answer the phone. When she hung up, she immediately went back to chopping the veggies. She never once removed the gloves to answer the phone or put on another clean pair of gloves. It made me lose my appetite and when I asked for my money back and told them why (cause I was grossed out by the lack of proper hygiene) I was declined and the cashier tried giving me my food instead. I ended up walking out of that restaurant with no food.
03/24/2022I arrived just after they opened. I ordered a two entree plate with orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, chow mein $8.65 and one order of crab ragoon 3 for $2.00.The to-go box was a good size and I didn't think I could finish my meal. The service was excellent and the associate gave me extra sauces and condiments I wanted.
HORRIBLE customer service! Food is sub par, employees are rude and extremely ignorant and unprofessional. Would not eat there again if it was the last place in South Hill to eat. They have truly reached a new low. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Drive through was full so I went inside and the staff was kind, fast and accurate! The food was super fresh and good too!
This Panda Express is very clean and the food is always hot and fresh. I really like the staff too they’re really nice :)
I don't like the food but my kids love it. Very nice lady helped us at the window.
The food tastes so dry that’s there’s no sauce on any of the meat. Let alone my spring rolls were so cold. My husband was treated down right rude by the employee there. I will not be returning. This is horrible service!
Still a good place for a quick Chinese fix.
Great food. Big portions for the price.
