Delightful change post pandemic. Watched staff (all masked) preform tasks with friendly, professional attitudes. Attention to sanitization was appreciated (coming from a health care worker). Thank you all for your attention to details. Can't wait to go back!
We arived at 8:15 on a Saturday night after the rush. We ordered salads and soup. They gave us plates hot from the dishwasher. Cold Salad, Hot plates. My wife ordered coffee,it was warm not Hot.The dinners were fine. Yet we passed on the deserts as the cheesecake was 8.99 per slice. I can make cheesecake for 4.00 at home. $55.00 for 3 to eat dinner with out desserts. So much for value.
Each time I come out to WA it’s always fun. Even though you eat out, you can still stay keto! Unlimited salad with 2 pieces of grilled chicken and zupa soup minus the Potatoes for me!! ??
Our waitress was very bland and not personable at all. Had to ask numerous times for a straw. Also. The meal itself was cold and not very flavourful. For the price, the quality and the service. I wont be returning any time soon.Also the menu is extremely small now compared to what it used to be.Overall.. was pretty disappointed.Spent less at the Pancake House and had way better quality of food and service.Spent $100 at Olive Garden for blah food and service.$35-$40 at the Pancake house. Service and food were excellent.I know.Different foods.My opinion, but I will not be returning to Olive Garden.
Zach our server did an outstanding job!! I have never experience such amazing service in a very long time!! I will for sure be returning to this location only from here on out. They were VERY busy but did an outstanding job and handling it. Everyone here deserve a round of applause. Not easy what they did.
Had a pickup order. Food was super fresh was still hot by the time we got home the soup actually had a good amount of dumplings and chicken which isn't to common. We went around 1pm. It was ready when they said it would be. Lady was nice. Food was good.
Wonderful, as usual! They got us in fast despite how close to dinner hour it was. The restaurant was clean and the staff was courteous. Food was awesome. Thank you OG!
Came here last night with my siblings and had an amazing experience. The host was very kind and funny. It was a busy night but our server was on point and we had no issues. Food was delicious and came out fast! So five stars?I see some reviews about having an issue because they didn't come in with a mask, it's literally a mandate. If you're planning to dine in then you must follow the restaurants (and state's) rules. Simple as that! The pandemic has been going on for this long and some of people still don't carry a mask. Shameful.But back to the restaurant, AMAZING. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for everyone working through the pandemic ?? You guys are awesome!
Horrible customer service. Me my husband and our daughter walked in for dinner and we only had one mask and the lady up front who check people in said we will be be seated unless we all have a mask. I told her that I’m sorry but we don’t have another two mask, can we please get some from her and she said no , they don’t give any out. I told her I work in health care and we would never not provide someone with a mask especially if we are requiring them to wear it. We walked out of Olive Garden and then walked over to BJ’s and told them what was going on and they gave us all a mask so that we could walk back over and eat at Olive Garden. Safe to say after this dinner we will not be coming back here .
My youngest daughter and I went to dinner on December 31st. Because the Church singles dance was canceled. The food was amazing, the people who work here are very helpful and nice. Then we got some sparkling Apple, Red Grape, and Apple Raspberrie cider to drink at midnight. Would of went to bed earlier, but the neighborhood was setting off fireworks, so we were keeping the 3 dog's calm, until it stopped about 12:30.
