I ordered my 2 pizzas at 638pm with a 6:56pm pick up time. I arrived at 7:05pm and my pizzas weren’t ready so no biggie, I’ll wait a bit longer. At 730pm I asked if we could find my pizza order and they couldn’t really answer me to tell me where my order was in their line of orders. At 7:50pm we asked again and find our order sticker at the front of the line with the oldest place order time and ask what happened and no answer other than I’m dealing with 3 other customers right now that aren’t happy either. At 8:11pm I finally walk out to my car with the pizzas. What’s the point of offering the option to order online to pick up if I could have just gone thru the line, ordered and gotten my pizzas much faster?
We went here for a fund raiser. It was *PACKED*. The pizzas aren't bad (I love their thin, cracker-like crust. However, before I commit to more than that, I want to try them when the line isn't out the door, and online orders aren't 20 minutes behind.
Mods was good at one time, now it's severly gone downhill. Pizza's are being burnt up, ingredients are half of what they were and they don't know how to place ingredients onto the pizza. We've received pizzas with 4 inches of outer crust and everything is just placed in the center of the pizza in a small mound. We now have to tell them to spread the ingredients to the outer edge. We've had to wait extra time so they could re-make our pizza after we refused to eat them burnt. We kept giving them chances to redeem the quality and yesterday we tried once again. Got home and opened the box to find my pizza burnt up and it tasted like toxic chemicals. I'm done with Mods, I'll make my own pizza at home. All that dark on top of the Pizza is burnt up Broccoli. The edges and bottom were burnt also. ? I wish I would have taken past photos of all the botched up pizza's we've recieved.
Insanely incompetent. Almost no line when my wife and I arrived. We spent ten minutes waiting for the few people in front of us to order, no problem. We then stood at the front of the line for another ten minutes while one employee made a single salad and another employee worked on online orders. The line behind us now reaches the door. They take our order and set out some dough. Then someone walks over an online order and hands it to the guy making our food. He stops making our food and begins on a salad for the online order. Considering that was going to be another ten minutes before our food even went in the oven, that was enough of my time wasted and I left. Order online is my advice. At least they’ll make you some food.
Should be able to add a thumbs down.Nothing new from this store but I thought things would change with the new store. Horrible time management from what should be a professional business. Currently waiting for an order that was placed online. They are already 30 minutes over from what was stated as the ready time.
Pizza is great, staff...not so much!! All their restaurants are full of mask nazis!! They do NOT want your business, instead they want to play politics! For a company that employees people that have had very tough lives you'd "think" they'd be a little more understanding about people making personal choices in life, but instead they are the complete opposite! Because of the choices THEY made, I will be making my own choice NOT to frequent them anymore! Sad, I really like their pizza, although it is a little overpriced. Maybe one day they will be a distant memory like all the other businesses that chose the gov't over customers!
Normally I haven't had any issues at this location until now. I decided to place an order using MOD app. You can see everything there on the pic. I got in inside and wait for my order around 5:12. After 30 min I went to the counter to tell the nice guy cutting pizzas I haven't got my order yet, I felt really frustrated like begging to get my order is not until around 6:12 p.m. finally got my pizzas. If you want to get a pizza in timely fashion manner just place it there and wait there. I would not recommend anyone to use the app. I normally do not place reviews anywhere but I feel is my responsibility to get the word out. Also there was several people experiencing the same thing. Why is that takes toooooooo looong to get a pizza, even when is ordered online? The past3 times has been the same, even when is not busy, you order 3 pizzas they forget to make one and then you wait extra more minutes. The manager should say something to the people who is inpatient waiting without knowing what is going on. No body seems to care. At least be mindful of people waiting more than an hour for a pizza.
Actually I like this pizza a lot I can't believe they have 30 items that you can put on your pizza at no additional cost thin crust one of the best. I'm just not a giant pizza person so I can't give it five I'm giving it four. If you'd like pizza go it's awesome.
With about five minutes to go till closing time I was still able to go in and make a custom Pizza To Go. I love how it's one price for whatever I want to put on the pizza. Cashier was friendly and enthusiastic which is saying a lot for someone who is at the end of their shift. And I love how you can add sauces at the end. I had just been thinking all I wish I had asked for extra sauce and then boom able to get a bunch of red sauce dollops on the top.
