All your favorite flavors, lots of toppings and it's always so clean! They also have a whole case of cakes and soft-serve. Plus you can order custom cakes!
A lot of people get samples like they're little kids who have no self control. A lot of customers leave trash everywhere and don't put sample cups in the right place. And they leave messes in the topping area. The workers there are nice and don't say anything even when customers are disrespectful of their establishment. But I don't feel comfortable going to a place where the workers are out in such a bad situation. This neighborhood full of people who cannot handle self service stores.
I like how clean they keep this location. The ice cream is good and the staff is friendly.
They have more outdoor seating available than indoor so not great for cold days but for warmer days, it’s great!
I took my 3 young son’s to this location yesterday. We spent over $50 dollars on 4 yogurts. Mine had a hair in it and I alerted manager to this and she threw it away after I asked her to weigh it because I wanted a refund. It was one bite in and a short white hair. (mine is long and brown)She said just replace it. I didn’t want to get more hairy product but didn’t have a choice and did what I was told. I didn’t want it after that . I would not recommend this location. It’s grossly over priced and the service was poor.
Never going back here. Discriminated against. Asked to wear masks & didn't ask the couple who came in behind us to wear them. Treat your customers the same. Shame because we used to go here often. Baskin Robbins across the street it is.
My favorite fro-yo place. I can't have gluten and so many ice cream places only have cones but Menchie's has my back. They also have lactose-free sorbets sometimes! ?
How can you not like it? Delicious, not expensive, and fresh. The kids love it, I like it as well. Service is friendly and a place I recommend.
