Four cars in line took over 20 minutes. Brings a new meaning to fast food. Then, I literally just watched the guy in front of me get his meal as the bag was handed to him and then it took over three minutes to get passed his drink from the lazy @$$ employee. I guess night shift was upset they couldn’t sit at home on their stimulus check and play video games. No “Hi, welcome to McDonald’s.” Basically just, “here!” style service and usually they get your order wrong anyway. I wouldn’t pay an employee half of minimum wage for this kind of service. Well anyway, here’s to my food poisoning. Cheers!
3:00 pm and had to wait 30 mim for our meal. Then it was wrong. To go order like Door dash get there stuff first. If I going to eat at home I will cook it my self. Too bad they get treated better than the customer that stand right in front of them
For the first time in my life I was so unhappy with my choice to stop at a McDonald’s location!The location is clean, but the staff is just not friendly, like they are doing their job with a gun on their head, like someone has to push them to do their job, the food is delicious and my caramel mocha was heavenly, but the workers are just not in the mood to work, a lot of people in line inside and a lot of cars at drive-thru and the workers are moving like snails!It’s nothing personal, but our life is all about making good choices and I did a bad choice today!5 stars for food5 stars for cleanliness1 star for staff1 star for wait time
This McDonald’s has the absolute worst service and their wait times are insane. If there are 3-4 cars in line, you may get lucky at a 15-20 minute wait. Any more than that, and you may as well put your car in park, walk the few miles to the Frederickson location, place your order, eat it there, take a nap and then slowly walk back to your car, and you still wouldn’t have moved. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And it’s not a one time thing. So I suppose they’re at least consistent at being terrible.
The absolute worst McDonalds ever. Waited on the drive thru line for an hour to pick up my online order. The food had been sitting on the counter and was cold by the time I made it to the window. Asked them at the order box if they were able to remake it but they refused and gave me the cold food any way. Will never come back to this location as the store was clearly understaffed so the workers on duty were overwhelmed.
I ordered a big Mac, Theresa's nothing between the middle and top bun, NOTHING. What was there was cold as were the fries. They cater to the door dash people even though they don't get all of the money for each order. OK, let door dash go there because I never will again.

After stopping at 4 other locations that were understandably closed due to the snow this location was open. A shout out to the crew that were working 12/26/2021 at around 9:00 pm the drive though was packed plus some walk in’s. Those folks were working hard and doing an awesome job! Thank you
got 2 burgers with extremely hard old meat and our fries had to have been salted 5 times. couldn't even eat then they were covered. yuck.
