Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe no ketchup, no mustard and got this…
My fiancé and I went to go get some McDonald’s and she’s 8 months pregnant, we ordered some food and a large Orange Fanta for her, everything went well until we got home with the drink, she opened the lid to get some ice but what she saw was terrifying. There was a moving living worm inside the drink, there was more than one as well, I got very concerned and called the place. They answered and were willing to talk to me but as soon as the man over the phone heard the word “worms” he immediately hung up, that is not professional and rude to do. Especially when we are talking about living parasites in their soda machine. So disgusting.
Today was the first day in months that I had a decent experience here! Even though the line was very long, and it took a while to get through.. today was the first day that I was greeted nicely by both windows! Usually there is zero personal connection and they pretty much throw food at you and get you off their timer.... Today however both windows were very polite very courteous and it was a breath of fresh air. I usually try and avoid this McDonald's at all costs, But I am hoping that this is a change in the right direction for customer service!
My daughter said her burger and fries were fresh. Came to this location after the one by the mall made my daughter an inedible burger. The drive through was long but that just means you are probably getting fresher food.
On 3/11 around 3:30 I order with the app and do curbside. The fall with purple hair comes out gives me the order starts to walk away. I have no straw and ask her for one. She tells me " if you don't ask for it we don't get it" I asked her do you really not give straws with drinks and she says not if you request it. I call to double check with the manager who also doesn't seem to care. I honestly wouldn't care if it wasn't for the lying and the manage also having and attitude before I even said anything.
Pre covid my review would have been different. This used to be my family's favorite Puyallup McDonald's. My last 5 orders had at least 1 error. I ordered on the app & sat in stall #2 for 15 minutes before I went in to get the order. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering curbside. I was told I didn't have an order. When I showed them my receipt an older Asian lady fussed ME out, they shoved my order across the counter & didn't even apologize for any inconvenience. Won't be going back to this location any time soon.
This restaurant is absolutely terrible in terms of service speed. As I write this, there is a guy standing in the lobby with me who has been waiting 30 minutes for his 3 items. Don't come here if you are in a hurry or like being treated like a human being.
Ordered a McDouble only ketchup, 10 and 4 piece nuggets, and med fry cooked to order since they have always given us cold fries that are not hot and unbelievably old. I worked at a McDonald’s and wouldn’t serve this type of food. Also they forgot the sauce and gave us cold fries on top of it. Worst McDonald’s in all of Puyallup.
I didn't even want to give it a 1 star.... I ordered two burgers and 2 nuggets. The nuggets wasn't fully cooked. The burgers meat was burnt on one side like they didn't even flipped it. They even put like a dime size of burger sauce on the buns. And you guys want to be paid $15 a hour!!! Ha!! Things like this doesn't deserve to be paid that much.
We waited 15 min at curbside for our meel which was 2 bacon McDoubles. One of the hamburgers didn't have bacon and both were lukewarm. Another customer waited for 5 min. We both got our meals at the se time. I think they forgot us until my husband called them. Won't get go back!
