My child worked here, they are terrible. Super unorganized causing long wait times. They are horrible to their employees. Bad morale=bad customer service. The equipment is often broken, numerous times they were unable to make fries or ice. They even fired a kid who was about to leave for boot camp because he had to miss a shift to sign some papers at the recruiting office.
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, the service took a long time, a man (a worker) was putting his fingers all on our ice cream cones, it look liked someone was putting fingers in our top hamburger bun. The manager looked at me 3 times well I was waiting to get my ice cream cones replaced, the quarter pounder was cold. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone not even a homeless person. That’s how horrible it is.
Out of all the years I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s, today was the best customer service I have received. Cheyenne, was very kind and helpful even through the chaos of dinner rush.
I have given this location many chances. Unfortunately i will no longer go here. You could spend 45 minutes from entering the drive through get your food, and before you even leave the parking lot realize your missing items you ordered(and then either have to go back through that 30+ minute drive through to get your missing item's). Until something drastic changes i will be driving to a different location to get their food.
If I could give this McDonalds and their staff a negative ten I would. Don’t waist your time ordering ahead, they will not allow you to come in to pick up your food in the lobby. If you order curb side they won’t bring it to you and are forcing everyone to use the drive through for mobile orders. The lobby’s been closed for the past month. With everyone being forced to use the drive through it’s impossible to get out of the parking lot if you do attempt to use curbside. I can understand being understaffed and not allowing customers to eat in the lobby but pick up orders should still be allowed to be picked up at the counter like instructed on the app. The staff is unapologetic, lazy and extremely unprofessional
I need to run through McDonald's a lot we during swim meets and training stop at McDonalds all over Pierce County. This is the worst ran of them all. It is easy to tell the owner is either grossly incompetent or doesn't care as long as money is being made. The place is poorly managed and has difficulty getting workers to come in. Conversely, another in the Bonneylake Sumner area consistently delivers superior service. The owner there, no surprise knows his workers, what is going on with them, and how the place is functioning.
Good meeting place for friends who use Public Transportation. 512 Park and Ride directly across street. Good sidewalks and cross-walks. McDonalds is clean and usually not overcrowded..
I just waited in the drive thru for half an hour, then received cold soggy fries and a burger with overcooked dried out patties that had the consistency of cardboard. Needless to say I am less than impressed!
Terrible. Fries were cold. Requested extra mustard on burgers with no onions. No mustard. Nothing was labeled. Couldn't tell what was what and girlfriend is allergic to onions. People here are unfriendly. No smiles, and nobody said anything to us really. No, I won't be back. Getting tired of McDonald's always messing up our food. Just going to start going to burger King.
I wasn't going to leave a rude review until I was left feeling disrespected, now I'll be petty.Tweedledee and tweedledum seem to manage this place during the day.Nobody asks if you've been helped. Nobody even acknowledged that I was standing there for nearly 30 minutes. They tried their best to avoid eye contact. The place was dirty. Food was being touched without gloves, Nobody was wearing proper attire for being behind a counter and working with food. They didn't seem to care people were trying to order food..it was all on their time.
