My 2 daughters took for Father's Day lunch.I had 2 enchiladas a la creme. So delicious. I told my girls when my plate was served that there was no way I could eat all that.Moments later my youngest daughter replied "Dad I thought you were going to save half.Hey when it's good it's Great.LOL
For more than eight years I lived with a few miles of this place, yet never visited. On this evening I did, and I should have listened to my spidey-sense as we were basically ignored throughout or visited and we're only serviced when we managed to interrupt whoever was walking by ignoring us. Basically, horrible service from entrance to exit. The food we order was decent but expensive. I won't be back unless it's for an old beer. The beer was cold. That was good.
It's a chain full of the typical, cliche Mexican Food that you expect in the PNW. The menu has a lot of dining options, but it all comes out tasting the same. Probably a great place to watch a Futbol game while having a beer with tortilla chips on a hot day. You might want to pass on extra guac if the one with the heavy salting hand was prepping that day. $70 for a 3 person takeout meal is a little much, but hey, its the world we live in these days I guess.
Probably the worst customer service I've ever received at a restaurant. I ordered chicken tacos, they didn't bring me chicken tacos. I told her I ordered chicken tacos, she said sorry. Another waitress came by about 10 minutes later, and asked me if I didn't like my meal. I said no, it's not what I ordered. She walked away and I never saw her again. It was actually really bizarre the way they handled this? There was no attempt at a correction, and I was still charged. I went with a group of friends, their food was pretty mediocre anyways. The one positive is that we got in right away, but now we know why. We won’t be back.
The food usually isn't that bad there for the price. gone there a few times never had an issue until this last time I went there. ordered a combination three beef tacos with rice and beans without beans specified that twice didn't think nothing about it and a couple other plates but the issue was with the tacos. they gave us taco shells that were half broken not even the having the broken part in the combination meal so literally they seen that half the shell wasn't there and they still put it in the box. and then they charged me for a combination did not give me any rice or any beans. and then they give me like a handful of tortilla chips without any salsa. this is just all common stuff. since we live so far away I just wanted to call them and tell them about their service. they left me on hold for 10 minutes but I didn't hang up I held on just to hear them say well the manager will give you a call back in a few minutes it's been 3 days. if they were not more than 15 minutes away I would have went back but then one person is left alone eating dinner by themselves. so I'm just here to say I will never be going back there there's plenty of other Mexican restaurants with equal quality of food. they lost two customers that night just because they wouldn't return a phone call.
We had a wonderful dinner last night! Very tasty. Our service was exceptional! Even with the ladies being short staff. They were amazing! My margarita was fantastic! Thank you so very much for taking great care of our large party.
Monday prime time; not packed. We eventually settled on mexican for dinner. The wait staff was very amiable and fast, but none of us were happy with our food.I got coffee because I work at night and the first mug came out warm, not hot. The chips came out and seemed to be warm, not hot. As for mains, my tortilla soup was watery and bland and I couldn't eat much of it. The other diners, my mother and father, didn't like their own dishes. I wasn't charged after I complained about my soup so that's good!
Super disappointed to have ordered a to go order and ordered chicken fajitas which was listed as $19.99 online but charged $20.99, got home and didn’t have any tortillas to go with them. Called the restaurant to let them know and was offered a discount, talked to another person who stated they would refund me some money after talking to the manager. And never received anything. I left my name and number. I won’t be going back.
Nachos with shredded beef were surprisingly good. Everytging else was terrible.Salsa is Very basic. Might be Pace? Very flavorless chicken for tacos. Beans are terrible. Had to spit them out.
Our family had a yummy dinner! The staff was friendly, attentive.
