This amazing old fashion diner is comfy and reminds me have going out to eat with my grandpa as a kid. It's honestly nothing fancy but it's very comfortable. The service is superb, you can tell they really do love their jobs!!! It feels like a family run business. The food is Absolutely delicious and At a VERY good price!!!! They make their own sauces and let me tell you. Theyre oh so good! Theres art on the walls for sale by local artists and they're all about their community! It's been awhile since I'd been here due to moving out of the area, but I think it's well worth the drive! I'll be back soon. Thanks so much for the amazing experiences you guys.
By far one of the best diners/restaurants in Puyallup area. Food is always fresh, service is very speedy. Overall very good vibes, everything ive had is AMAZING. Only complaint is they don't wear masks which I understand I'm tired of them too, but as a member of the community we have to think of immune compromised citizens who want to go out but can't. But I HIGHLY recommend you coming here
Took over 50 minutes to get our food today! Two waitresses on a busy Friday afternoon and our waitress kept forgetting to bring our salid and when my mother finally nicely tried to get her attention the waitress "yelled" from across the room " yes ma'am I see you Iam doing the best I can and I will be there as soon as I can". Totally uncalled for. Needless to say the tip reflected the horrible service. On a positive note food and prices are ok but we will not go back.
Great place for southern style breakfast. Large portions and great flavors. The do like their butter so be prepared for most of the food to have that buttery goodness. Friendly staff and welcoming. Only 4 stars because parking is a bit of a challenge.
We've eaten there for years ..Never had a rude waitress or been disappointed with a meal. If you've never been there, its far from fancy but its very clean friendly, and most importantly the food is excellent and you won't walk out hungary..
My girlfriend and I went to eat in the restaurant but we had to eat in the bar. Do to staffing shortages. But that was okay and the food was great and the service was great. Clam chowder on a Friday afternoon it was real good! And portions were good on the chicken strips and fries. A friendly neighborhood bar.
I enjoyed Ma's Place with my daughter, 2 grandaughters, and son in law. My waitress was excellent and Kept so busy! Tj.g e food was excellent and the Baby loved it.!
