I used to come to this pizza place a lot before Covid19. Then I started going somewhere else. Today I decided to return for a dinner snack which was for a thin crust three meat.Sadly i got a regular crust three meat pizza with the crust semi burnt. That’s not the snack I was craving before I cook dinner at home.
I asked for extra toppings and was willing to pay extra. Not only they lied via the price they charged me for but I didn't receive the extra toppings I asked for and the dough was undercooked. And I refused to go back in to complain because I'm tired of being that customer. I know these are trying times, but can't I get good service?
Date of visit- March 13, 2022 at 751 pm. Couldn't be more irritated. Was rudely put on hold for 13 minutes to place an order. Sat in the parking lot waiting for someone to answer the phone. Saw 7 people go inside and be served. So I went inside to place my order instead of waiting any longer to feed my kids. I went inside to place and my order and a younder kid took my order and he had a few questions to his co-worker who rolled her eyes and said he had no clue what "crazy crust" was. I explained its just butter and parmesan. Still nothing but attitude from eye rolling from her. Needless to say the customer service was lacking tonight. Time of pizza pickup 815 pm.
We accidentally ordered from the wrong store and they will not answer their phone so we can fix the issue. Customer service is only available M-F so if there's an issue on the weekend, you're just screwed out of your money and get no food. Will not order from this store again as if there is an issue they will not answer their phone to fix it
The picture speaks for its self.. I was unaware you had to ask for no water on your pizza. The price ($12 Hawaiian) is more then other pizza restaurants(fast food types) $9 every where else for carry out. Okay the pizza had water all over it and the crust turned into babyfood mush wouldn't even support the topping just kinda turning into water and cheese filled soup. Still had to wait 12 minutes to get it so no real benefits to coming here for a expensive cheese soup.
Ordered from DoorDash food arrived promptly just for me to find multiple red hairs baked into my pizza.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING tried calling the establishment and the line kept ringing just for me to get hung up on DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR DINE
Staff EXTREMELY rude. This could be due to the fact that there were only 2 people working and there were multiple orders going out of 6-9 pizzas. But still, no excuse. To ownership…adequately staff your store. We get pizza every week and can easily pay a little more and get it from somewhere else that appreciates our business.
This is the worst location I’ve ever had the experience of getting food from. We placed an online order for door dash, it doesn’t matter what the cost is. This business cancelled our order due to being “closed” they don’t close until 9:30 pm. I called in to speak with a manager about our order to ensure we weren’t charged a fee. They asked if I could be put on hold, I told them yes, but I would like to speak with a manager. They completely hung up on me. I’m not sure how this place is still running when the people working it don’t even provide some decent customer service
Waited 15 minutes for wings and when I got them they were still frozen in the middle the meridian location has not had a working phone in months and I am highly disappointed in the service and lack of communication within this store little ceasers needs to figure this out ....
