The quality and service continue to decline. The chicken strips were dried out and rubbery. The biscuits were hard. We asked for dipping sauce for our chicken and got nothing. We weren't given any condiments (butter, honey or jam) for our biscuits. We keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are ramping up from the pandemic but it just keeps getting worse with each visit.
16 piece on a Sunday afternoon, the food seemed a little old. Looked like Large sides are shrinking, just not a 4 or 5 star rating at this store.
I love KFC, especially this one. Always prompt and friendly service. The chicken is finger licking good. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I wish I could give zero stars but since I cant...one star it is. I've never had KFC this TERRIBLE in my life. All my food was cold. My family went back around to have our meal replaced and they just changed the bag n gave us the SAME NASTY COLD FOOD BACK. The cheese wasn't even melted on the mashed potato bowl. The chicken was soggy in some and hard on others. Save your money and cook at home. Jared the manager stated this was the freshest food they had ?
My chicken was extremely dry, my coleslaw was frozen, entire meal was room temperature and when I looked at the mashed potatoes there was powder in them so they are definitely instant potatoes. For a $65 meal it was disgusting.
I have been coming to this location for quite a while as an after school treat for my kids from time to time, today was the first time only 3 items of my 9 were correct. I typically don't complain but come on, I spent $36 which is a lot to me now days. Jacob the "manager" was not very friendly on the phone & was kinda short with me. Such a bummer because everyone is typically so nice here.
I wouldn't recommend the wings. They weren't tossed in the sauce, it was just poured over them. On the other hand, the slaw was finger-lickin' good.
Had a terrible experience here. We are in a Semi truck. I went into the lobby and asked if I could place an order since we are in a Semi. I was basically blown off as being not important enough to take our order. Will never go to this particular KFC ever again. No thanks for no dinner.
I’m missing two sides and was left a note in my bag saying they ran out of figs but I didn’t order and figs?? And they said they replaced it with mash which I already had on my order anyways so really they didn’t give me 3 items I should of had. So unprofessional how they handled not having an item a customer ordered and payed for. Double check your order people.
They gave us the wrong meal, charged us $38 which doesn’t even make sense considering we have gotten the 12 piece tender family fill up for less than the standard 12 piece tender meal. We added a cinnamon twist and French fry but find it really hard to believe that’s an extra $18....the chicken was cold, and they didn’t give any sauce after they asked us if we wanted it, and they didn’t give a receipt at all, not even in the bag.I understand you’re fast food and you’re busy but really? People would rather you take your time, get it right and fresh than to be fast and old, cold and WRONG.Boycotting this location, both the kfc and the Taco Bell.
