Yeah...this place really sucks. Typically when we've come here they've been out of items (once was A&W Root Beer, this last time was KFC Cole Slaw) and the food has been sub-par and we're constantly asked to pull forward to help them pad their drive thru times. We got Famous Bowls this last time and there was quite literally about a teaspoon of gravy on each, so super dry. They also seemed quite put off to make the Freezes, which are just normal menu items - we weren't even asking for anything special. Just a bad experience every time we've gone, we will just be avoiding this location from here on out. You'll likely want to as well.
We have had issues with this KFC for awhile but were dumb enough to give them another chance. We have had to wait time and time again for our food. Today, they had nothing we wanted. We would order one thing, they didn’t have it. We ordered another, they didn’t have it. My husbands chicken was cold and his biscuit was hard as a rock. The only thing that was good was his coleslaw. My burger was cold. We are definitely not going back to this particular KFC.
First time visit. I was skeptical because of the reviews but, my son talked me into it.Our drive thru gal today was super nice, friendly and did not make me feel rushed even though I took a lot of time ordering. Everything ordered was a good temperature when we got home (8 mins away) and the food tasted exactly how a good KFC should. Thanks!
This place needs to close its doors and reevaluate their business. This is really bad, I’ve ordered before and it was fine, but something happened within last 2 months, food is consistently under served, small scoop of potatoes, chicken cold, small scoop of slaw, staff is rude. I ordered online and was told it will be ready 5:48, I show up and not ready. I waited 35 mins for them to make the order. This place is disorganized. I’m never ordering from here again.
I thought this was the place that chicken is done right, I was toldly wrong. We ordered a bucket of Chicken with sides. When we got home and looked in the bucket, the chicken was black even the flour that the chicken was cooked in was dark. It tasted like they didn't sell it the day before and decided to cook it again to try to resale. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold, even the Mac and cheese was cold and my biscuits were flat. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it needs to be closed down or get new management. Very disappointing, if I could give zero stars I would. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
They are consistently out of product and won't make certain items even if there's still 10 minutes before closing. We just tried to go there again and were told there was a 1 hour wait! No thanks!
No. no. Just no. First time here had a $50+ order, they had us block the drive thru to wait for our food then gave our meal to someone else. We returned what we were given and waited for them to prepare our correct order. We get it and it's missing half of every meal. Kids meals were incomplete, I was missing a biscuit, someone else was missing their sides, and to top it off the food was gross. And of course when I called to speak about a refund no one answered. Highly do not recommend.Update: they answered and said I can't get a refund because we ate a portion of the food. Yea, how else are we supposed to find out it was disgusting?
just went thru the drive thru I live across the street. Paid $32 for soggy cold chicken. No receipt given. Absolute disappointment!!
This is my first ever review for fast food and if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful and you are wasting your time and money ordering from here!Ordered large cheese curds, a famous bowl and a large Mac n cheese. We pull forward and wait, as per usual. The worker came out, gave us the complete wrong order, so now we gotta drive all the way around to bring it back. This time, I go inside and I tell the worker that it's wrong and he asks what it was. I tell him and he brings out the 2nd order, which was still wrong!Instead, we got small cheese curds, bottom of the barrel crusty, old Mac n cheese and my girlfriend's famous bowl had no potatoes or cheese and we still didn't get our cookie. Also, both times they didn't give us receipts.I tried calling back, but their phone instantly goes to static and then hangs up. $18 for this. What a joke of a place. Will not be eating from this location ever again. Do not waste your time eating here!
Absolutely disgusting doesn’t even taste like chicken and this bowl is filled with old gunky grease
