I've given this location multiple chances, but after my last I will not go back.1. Everytime I order via the app it's not ready when it says it'll be ready so I end up waiting for another 5-10 minutes after my estimated time.2. Everytime I walk in to get said orders I've stood at the counter for at least 2-3 minutes while multiple employees walk by without a greeting, asking if I've been helped, etc.3. Everytime I've been inside this location there are multiple employees wearing earbuds and standing and/or walking around and appearing to be not working.My last visit I ordered via the app and arrived a few minutes before my order was estimated to be ready so I waited to go inside until I got the noticed it was complete. When I walked in, nobody was at the counter but there were about 7 employees I could see from the counter in the back, 3 of which walked by the front counter multiple times (all with some kind of ear bud in their ear) without 1 word to me. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for about 3 minutes, when I was finally acknowledged she asked my name and I informed her I had placed an order. She looked on her screen and turned back to talk to another girl who said they were waiting for more chicken. The gal turned back at me and stated it would be another 25 minutes, they didn't have enough chicken to fulfill my order. But according to the app it stated it was complete.
I prefer their chicken sandwiches over the competitors and their fries are really good for a chicken restaurant. We actually drove around one day and got spicey chicken sandwiches from kfc and their competitors, and kfc had the all around highest scores on a multi point factor taste test we randomly decided to do. Fyi the peach mountain dew stuff can go lol!
Ordered delivery and when it arrived half my order was missing. Called and got the manger who informed me rudely that she was the one who bagged my order and I was mistaken because she did it correctly. I told her that she couldn't have since I was clearly missing half my food. She told me that she did it right and there is nothing else to say and hung up on me. Then refused to answer any calls after.
I went to this establishment at 7:40 on a Monday. I parked after seeing how long the line was and simply wanted a small dish of coleslaw, nothing else. I walked towards the door and was met by an employee outside that suggested I use the middle door to go inside. I thanked him, walked inside and saw the manager with red hair and an accent getting yelled at through the window and the manager was yelling back at the customer. I looked at the other employees and half of them in the kitchen weren’t even wearing masks and were just watching the scenario. Manager greeted me and told me that she will be with me in one minute. I nodded happily. She then asked me if I was picking up and I said no- thinking she meant Uber Eats or whatnot. She then told me the lobby was closed. I stared at her, looked at the other two people eating in the lobby and said “Okay….” She said the lobby was closed but the drive thru was open. I left back out of the door I came through, saw the hours on the door missing and got in my car and left. A message to her is if you’re going to be in customer service, do it right- don’t change the rules when you get mad…
The tenders were good and so was the coleslaw, but the mashed potatoes were horrible...very strong chemical taste. So bad the potatoes were thrown away.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich when I got home it was 2 chicken strips with sauce poured on them. Grrrrrrrr
Ordinarily I like KFC. Tonight I was denied service at the drive through. The reason given to me, they had too many Door Dash orders. So instead of giving the option of waiting, they just stopped taking orders of people who decided to show up in person. Not overly happy about it, but I guess it saved me some money.
I ordered three famous bowls side of macaroni and some chicken, mind you I waited 30 minutes in line got home discovered none of my bowls had chicken or cheese. You can see I added cheese in one of the pictures. How do you forget the freaking chicken? This is like going to McDonald’s getting a big Mac with no meat!!! I understand being busy but this is sheer laziness
I ordered 6 piece chicken strip with one small side of mashed potatoes and gravy. $16.54. I requested barbecue sauce and hot sauce. I did not get the hot sauce and they gave me honey and a better. I feel this cold did not taste fresh at all. Very overpriced!
Friendly service, went out of their way to fill the order right and food was fresh!
