Assists manager is so rude!!!!! I work with customers every day and she has no customer service skill. I eat here three times a week, and have never been charge like I was today. Then when I asked a question about a new policy ( that was changed overnight). I was very aggressively told that she is the assist manager and knows the rules. My question was never answer. I asked for one type of meat to be sub for a different meat on the sandwich and got charged extra meat. When I tried to ask a nicer employee about it. She proceeded to come over and again, I got snapped at that she is the assists manager and knows the rules better then anyone. The entire time I was waiting for my sandwich she was glaring at me. Other employees felt the need to apologize for how rude she is was to, and that they don’t understand why I was being charge like I was. Needless to say I will stop coming here.
Terrible, i placed a mobile order for 2 gluten free subs and they said it would be about 30-45 mins. I told them sure no problem. I show up 50 minutes later and they didnt even start making it. At the hour mark i asked about how much longer and they said it will be a bit longer and when i told them i ordered over an hour ago the employee looked at me like i was dumb and told me i had to wait for it to thaw. Why quote me 30-45 if i wont get my sandwhich till over an hour later?
Ordered on line what we thought were sub sandwiches from a Jersey Mike’s on Meridian in South Hill, WA for delivery. What we got were three little tubs of what would have been the filling in a sandwich. Paid over eleven dollars for each, plus delivery charge. When I called and complained, was told we ordered “tubs” (which were not explained on the web site and we thought meant the sandwiches would be delivered in tubs) so no bread. Would not have been so bad if tubs contained additional filling, not just what would have been in a sandwich. Total rip off. Never order from Jersey Mike’s again.
Got the sandwiches delivered and i only live 5 minutes away and the food was picked up right away. But the sandwiches were very small and the the meat on the famous Philly was extremely over cooked and there was almost no peppers and onions on the sandwich. And for sandwich so expensive ($12.59) i should get better quality.
Something needs to change at this store. The North Meridian store doesn't seem to have as many troubles, but Sunrise needs help with training employees, including workplace ethics training. We are done visiting this store because of consistent issues that we don't experience elsewhere.
Super super busy, but great service just the same!
I had the stickball sub with jalapeño chips. I ordered through door dash and it was delicious.
I ordered my family sandwiches at 1250pm and at 145pm they had just started my order... they had 7 humans working but really only 3 work actually working. I could not be more disappointed in the service and this store.
I just want to say that Rachel the manager here is so sweet. I went in today with my 4 year old daughter and Rachel was doing paperwork but took a break to play with my daughter and draw a dog with her while I waited in line. I just thought it was so sweet. We need more people in this world like that!
How is a 6in sub with almost no filling a $13 sandwich (before tax!)?! Make it two of these, and you've got a $30 meal with less substance then you can get for less than $10 at any other fast food place. They are definitely not worth more than a sit down dinner at a decent place, where an entree runs the same price! And they're definitely not worth more than three times the cost of a Costco pizza that can feed a small army... unlike these "subs" that could barely feed a small child.
