They have amazing subs. I recommend them everytime!
My order took way too long (over 30 min) for just one sandwich
Terrible customer service today. Ordering online is supposed to have the sub ready for you when you arrive. I was given a time of completion of 3:30 pm. Lady working today was rude and basically blew me off. Need staff training
12/09/2021I ordered through the app and was able to pick up my regular size Big Kahuna Philly cheesesteak with no problem. The cheesesteak was fresh and hot!
I show up at 8:55 - open sign is on. Door is unlocked. Online says they are open. The two workers tell me they are closed. Waste of time .

We like the food here.However when we were in today they had a sign up for game day special and would not honor it!!!Today is Monday and we have football tonight.When asking them about it the would not let us have it and said it was for seahawk games only!!!Well the sign did not say that so they should honor it or take it down or add Seahawks stipulation on it!Very unhappy with this type of service.
I am sure the sandwiches were good. I wouldn't know because they forgot to include my sandwich. We ordered 5 sandwiches and there were 4 in the sealed bag. They told me I could drive back as they went ahead and made it right now. But I did not want to drive along Meridian in afternoon traffic so I requested a refund. There are three Jersey Mike's locations in Puyallup and now all three have managed to screw up my online orders.
I like the Classic Philly cheese steak. The staff is always nice.
