I love Jamba no matter the location
Even when they do not have a lot of people, they are still making great smoothies and communicating well when short staffed.
Jamba juice as normal amazing drinks I just love the mango and a bunch of the drinks. Should go there after you had a huge amazing dinner in Seattle and then pop
Came in today to get an açaí bowl, and have been greeted by this worker named Arial. She took my order and she had a passive aggressive tone throughout. Not only that but she is seriously a very slow worker compared to the others. I go to this location all the time and I got to tell you she works like a rookie. Definitely needs some practice and learn how to treat customers with outmost respect.
Constantly mess up my ordee, when it right its good though
Just got two smoothies there. If I could give 0 stars I would. They were severely understaffed, incredibly slow, and every smoothie coming out that I saw was about 2 inches short of being full and not fully blended. For $6 a smoothie it should at LEAST be full.
Ehhh, I guess I'm just spoiled by the Scottsdale, AZ locations (2). They always get it right every other store has left me wishing I passed them by. Sad!
I’ve been coming to this store for a while now, and i finally decided today 7/7/21 to download their app. This establishment has posted a sign that states download their app and get your $3 off your 1st order $2 off your 2nd order with $10 + orders. And they didn’t honor what they have posted in their store.Overall all my visits have been good not great but good. The other day my smoothie was to watery and they replaced it and made it much thicker.And i am very Thankful that Team Jamaba Juice can make my smoothie the way I think it should be thick not watery.I got a response from the owner of this establishment. And it wasn’t a response that i would expect from the owner or from a general manager of a corporation. I would think that a company that is under the Roark umbrella which own’s other companies like Buffalo Wild Wings and Arby’s would respond more accordingly.Message to the owner;I would highly recommend that the sign you have posted in your establishment come down immediately and to have the staff train more.I wonder if Companies that are under the Lettuce Corporation would respond much better.
Clean lobby. Delicious drinks. However, order ready about 5 minutes after expected time provided when made online order.
I ordered the watermelon breeze without strawberries, sub pineapple. It was made with strawberries. So now I’m sitting here angry, having downed some Benadryl hoping to head off any major reaction from the sip of smoothie I had. I know it’s hot and things get busy but when substitutions are requested assume it’s due to a potential allergy and not due to someone trying to be a diva.
