I have been ordering from this Jack in the box for over 20 years. But today I feel I had to share this experience.Whenever you order a #2 or a #11 etc. It doesn't matter if it's from McDonald's or Taco Bell, Wendy's, etc... that means a combo meal. I could tell he was helping the guy at the window and he repeated my order back to me #11 no tomatoes anything else. No sir that's it.Get to the window and hand over my payment and he hands me a bag with just the sandwich. I said I ordered a #11. That should come with fries and a drink. Well sir you didn't specify that you wanted a combo meal. Excuse me what. I have been ordering fast food for myself for over 30 years and never have I ever had to specify that I wanted fries and a drink when I order a numbered meal. From any restaurant anywhere. He proceeds to say that he could ring me up for a drink and fries. I say we'll wouldn't that cost more. Yes sir it will. No. What's the point in that. I ordered a #11 combo meal and that comes with a drink and fries. He says again sir you didn't specify that you wanted those. And this is the night manager for the shift on 5-23-22 at 7pm. Never got an apology or here i will get you a small fry and drink for the misunderstanding. He kept trying to charge me more money. I could keep going on about our conversation but I think I made my point.
Do not use the delivery app; they make it impossible to get your money back when they they send you the wrong order. I also called the store, and they told me that they didn't get an order from me and they can't look it up from my order number. Also told me that I could come down and show them the order and they could fix it but I ordered delivery so if I could get down there we wouldn't have this problem.
Decent service & food. Lots of local JIB locations are out of quite a few options. Not sure where the issue is but that's a let down.
I have a few bad stories but never shared them. I went here about a month ago and they were taking a “smoking break” and told me I had to wait 15 min. When going in to make my food. Did not wash their hands and smelled like cigarettes. Disgusting. The next time I went they were doing a reset and there were cars in front of me so I was stuck at the order window for 20 minutes. Every time I go here it’s a bad experience. The people are rude and the service is horrible. They definitely need to work on the line wait times. ThIs week All I want is some curly fries and they’ve been out!
They got our order perfect and everything was fresh. Also the man who gave us our food was very nice and hooked us up with all the sauces. He was dressed nice too.
Love it good price open 24 hour drive thru and food is warm and fresh customer service is ok and they run out of milk sakes but not too bad
I bit into my click sandwich and it was all cartilage. This isn’t really anything on this location but jack in the box as a whole as this isn’t the only location this has happened at. I think this is how I become vegetarian. There’s something wrong with the food being served and it isn’t just Jack
Always out of everything. On multiple occasions either the menu board will have a large amount of items crossed off or you’ll order an item and the employees will say they are out of EVERYTHING for that combo. Save yourself the time and drive elsewhere because there’s a good chance this place just doesn’t have it.
Aren't we in the middle of a pandemic? Went thru drive-thru on January 5th 2022, at 11:30 AM. I ordered a medium fry and a medium diet coke. The french fries were handed to me in a bag and then the coke. I drove home and when I went to drink the coke, someone had picked their nose and it ended up on the side of my cup! Sooo grosssss!!!!! I nearly threw up. At the very least I totally gagged and threw everything away. I will never ever go to that Jack in the Box again!! Or any for that matter. In fact I was appalled that I paid $4.00 for a medium fries that was only partially full. After this experience, Ive decided I am done with fast food. And if I ever "need" a quick snack, it surely won't be at Jack in the Box!As an aside, I read many reviews from local and corporate Jack in the Boxes. Wow! A ton of horrible experiences across many states were written. Jacky best get your act together!!!
One of the better Jack in the boxes in the area. Service was quick and food was fresh.
