The location states that they are open 24/7 yet they say they are closed 90% of the time. I’m a nurse who works nights so this is one of the few places that’s supposed to be “open” when I get off work between 3-5am yet they are always closed. I went last night around 8pm and was told they were closed, tried again on my way home around midnight and was told they were closed, once again. Went through again at 4am this morning and was told once again that they are closed… maybe due to staff shortage the hours have changed but they should make that known but at the same time they can pay someone to just sit there and tell customers you’re closed when they drive up? Kind of confusing.Your website still says you are open 24/7 so that’s what I expect. 2 months of this type of behavior from the staff at this location. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.
I work 4 days a week and hit the drive thru before going to work at 2-3 am. Everything used to be great until the drink machine broke? Then it turns into you guys only serve diet drinks and it's been that way for a month now maybe more. The soda machine always seems to be fixed later that day but then the next morning it's back to diet drinks again. Also won't discount for the continued inconvenience
Some of the employees on late night shift are not customer friendly and everytime I order my drink without ice. I still get ice. Everytime. Like they do not understand instructions. And when you tell them to correct it. They cop a little attitude about it.
I went to jack in the box yesterday after noon and received change I went to another fast food tonight and used that change and they told me it was fake never in my life has that ever happened to me and I know it was from jacks because I only had a $100 bill and the change they gave me. I would pot the twenty but the fast food that I went to took it
I just came through the drive thru and ordered sourdough double special. Man! This was the best burger I had from anywhere in a long time it was fresh hot and fries was good too. My brother ordered a meal also and his food was just as good. I didn't get any names but the night crew get this credit on 2-17-22
I saw Jack has the party melt back and that burger is mouth watering..it has been nearly a year since I had one..bummer..it was so greasy I could not finish..so disappointed. Good news though..I went to a different location a few days later and was served the burger I remember..so yummy. I wish the party melt was on the menu permantly.
Supposed to be open 24 hours. Pulled up at 1 am, the person there said " we are currently closed." I guess he was too busy trying to figure out how to get away with not doing any work. Probably mad that his mom made him get a job so he is really sticking it to other people. I hope he gets fired then he can get that coveted unemployment all of these lazy people long for. Sorry for thinking 24 hours meant 24 hours. I guess the PNW has a different concept of time. Garbage service.
I’m starting to notice a trend. Fast food workers really seem to hate their jobs that they choose. At this location, I went to the drive through tonight around 115am and ordered a couple items. While ordering, the gentleman on the speaker was rushing me and was very flat as if he did not want to talk. I pull up to the window and he is not personable at all. Very cold shoulder like. Anyway I pay for my food and he asks me if I want any sauces and I said no. He hands me my food but doesn’t say anything. Maybe he’s having an off day so I said hey man have a great rest of your night and he just walks off. You may not like your job but paying customers shouldn’t have to suffer from it. My chicken strips were over fried. Definitely dryer than the Sahara desert. Not sure I’ll be returning to this location.
Food was cold 10 taco died in grease and baked. Fries were cold . Kids meal ok, chi Ken strip meal barley warm. Horrible Horrible. Weren't even busy only car in line 5pm on a Monday. No excuse.
H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E I even asked them dang near begged them to make it fresh, that when I spend 49$ at a fast food place all I ask is to PLEASE make my food fresh. I live in Spanaway and went all the way to puyallup in hopes of better service smh I guess I didn’t go far enough into puyallup. If I ever get fast food again I’ll make sure I drive the extra mile or two to get better service and better quality food.I hate food that’s been sitting out I mean who likes that? Go eat leftovers lol ? even leftovers tast better.
