SMH! I just don’t understand these fast food restaurants. They can not seem to get it right, at least 90% of the time. There is always something wrong with my order. I mean all u got to do is listen and press buttons to take an order. And whoever is so called “cooking” with a step by step ways to put together a basic burger is there above your grill to help u make the burger 100x a day and yet u can’t seem to get it right. I mean with this much practice u would thing u become an expert! Sorry, but I have wasted my money every time I go to a fast food places. At this time, I had ordered my food for me and my family, paid extra to add cheese,lettuce and tomatoes and some grilled onions and got none! And yet got charged for it! They are literally robbing people,knowingly this is done throughout the day . Not everyone has time to drive back and forth for this.they could have simply prevent if they would show some appreciation to their customers and make sure their orders are accurate. Thanks Jack in the Box! Way to loose your customers!

Went in just after 4am and was told reboot was happening and would be back up at 430am (she was very friendly about informing me). Decided to wait. Food was delicious and again the lady at the window was very friendly ☺️

So I ordered a Jumbo jack with cheese and was very disappointed. Within the few bites I tasted blood. I lost my appetite and called in. The guy on the phone said I can return it back and get another one. How about no, this sandwich tasted like blood and that's very concerning.

Not sure who is in charge of the night crew, but they really need to work on their customer service/training or just hire staff that are willing to work and actually will enjoy their job.I made several combo orders which I was then told by a male employee very sarcastically that he can’t make my order and that the best he can do is only make 2 sandwiches!? So like you can’t even make me a drink?? It wasn’t like their machine was broken or anything…they were just LAZY employees who rather get paid for not doing anything. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant and I really love Jacks!

The most pathetic Jack on the Box in all of the country. Idiots decide they are doing mobile orders ONLY but domt post it ANYWHERE so people wait in line until they get to order and be told we dont care about your business screw you and your time go somewhere else. Done. And I bet you wonder why sales are so low. Try actually appreciating the customers not acting like they are way out of line by coming there and ordering. All your reviews say it all. Terrible customer service, horrible food, time to fire management and everyone else and rebuild with people that understand what customer service actually is and actually cares

I ordered from this location not to long ago and I was greatly impressed. I ordered a milkshake aside with a curly fry. I’m pleased to say the fries were fresh and crispy. The employee Lyric was very kind and made sure I was content with my items. Most definitely will be coming to this location again.

We went during the huge snow storm that shut down the area. After multiple attempts to find somewhere that was open, JITB was the only option. I got on the app and ordered, we sat in line for over 45 minutes, and we were the last car served at 6pm. I felt bad for all the people behind us, but understood, they only had 2 people working. The food was not good, overcooked, and they got my order wrong. We gave them a pass because of how busy they were in the horrible weather. Not a big JITB fan anyways, but hey, the fries were pretty good, and the lady was polite and nice.

The girl with red hair didn’t say hello at the counter and gave me this when I opened it up! No meat brown lettuce! Might sue calling corporate

Like always.... They messed up my order. I got to stand in the snow and try and flag the lady at the window down to give me my food.

Waited in line for 20 minutes and got to window and the lady said they were closed at 7:30pm??? this the 3rd time has happend.. This month. I work the 12-8pm shift.. And get dinner.... I let her slide before... It is the same woman she is very rude.. working between 6-10pm shift... Each time..say she is by herself and can't do everything. How about anything? Fire her.. Or severely repremand her. And retrain her..this is ridiculous... I am going to McDonald's but they don't have the ? tacos....?. Come on Jack n the Box.... Do something......anything
