This location is a hit or miss. A lot of the times my spouse come at night an the excuse is our system is updating, we're only accepting cash, we're only accepting door dash orders or my personal favorite no one answers but you see people run to the back as you pull up. So after being disappointed again we gotta drive to a different location which for some reason that location is always open no issues. I know silly writing a review for Jack in the crack but it's the little things when you're expecting and have some cravings for some junk food.
Terrible terrible customer service. Kept interrupting us ordering. Did not give us half of the meal at the window and then told us she didn’t even charge us for the other half of the meal. Had someone hard of hearing working the window and then tried to argue with us about whether or not she gave us our food. Also tried to give us someone else’s food. We were waiting there for over 40 minutes to only get 1 of the 2 meals we ordered. Only gave us 1 drink and didn’t tell us which one it was. I ordered spicy roost fries and they gave me the classic. Couldn’t even give us a receipt because the copier was taken apart by the register. Also had to drive forward out of line to let someone behind us leave because no one ever even took his order. Never going back and do not recommend.
Worst service ever, dirtiest restaurant ever. Staffed entirely by kids.
We we're in the area and Jack in the Box sounded good. Wait was a little longer than you think but it didn't stay that way. Service was prompt and polite. Restaurant sits on a weird piece of land so parking wasn't too great but worked. The food hit the spot just like in HS. Kids loved it and were full afterwards. It's funny that you can see the Fairground from there. A place we usually eat good food while it's open.
The most obvious fault with this location is it’s super awkward drive through. Makes it difficult to properly turn into the order screen which oftentimes leads to being far away from the order mic, especially in larger trucks and SUV’s.The staff is always nice and helpful, and the speed is about average for any other Jack in the box. Decent location, accessible from any direction (which is valuable in a downtown area run by one-way streets)All in all a good place, just not the best for larger vehicles wishing to use the drive through.
I myself am not the biggest fan of jack on the crack especially going at night DoorDashing cuz the drive thru takes especially long! But how can I really complain about one of the few late night businesses... at least they're open and serving as best they can being short staffed. I'm sure the employees working are all super run ragged!
After visiting two other locations to find them closed the past two nights I was excited to see this location was open. The lady at the window was clear spoken and polite, and when there was a delay on our order she explained it to us quickly and politely. Very impressed by her professional attitude on display. Food was hot and as expected.
Sat in the drive threw for an hour tonight waiting for our food. Sat at the window for 30 minutes watching 2 people walk back and forth and not taking orders, or cooking. One of the employees kept coming back to look at the screen and walking away. Come to find out our food had been done and off to the side and by the time we got it the food was cold and part of the sandwich was not fully cooked. Definitely need better service.
Consistently one of the slowest Jack in the box franchises I've been to. Expect 20 minutes waits in the drive thru. Also, it's Puyallup.. what else do you have to go through at 3 am. They at least make the food alright compared to some jack in the box places, but I've had food missing from my orders at least twice. Choose your own adventure with this one.
Amazing during the day but anytime after 11 pm there's only 1-2 employees working. Employees are great but management poor, every time past 11, there's 1-2 people in drive thru but a 50 minute wait.
