I love this place. Service is fast, the prices are affordable and the portions are perfect. We love the barbeque sandwich and of course the Pho. My kids love the boba here.

This noodle bowl was kind of expensive (about 13$), I've never seen any place give cauliflower and broccoli with this kind of weird but it was alright not too bad. Not that many Vietnamese places to choose from in Puyallup so it is what it is.

Soooo delicious. And the staff are fantastic. The beef brisket pho has a rich flavor with fresh herbs and bean sprouts, very generous portions. The chicken teriyaki was smoky tangy sweet. The Vietnamese sandwiches are large sized with standard ingredients. We also enjoyed the milk tea with boba. ? Service is prompt even when they are busy, and always friendly.

I come to Pho U all the time. I love the food. But today was the worst experience. My family and I walked in, sat ourselves and waited for some one to come over and take our order. The restaurant had 5 tables occupied and was probably 20 percent of it's capacity. Ten minutes gone by and no one came over. Went to the cashier's counter and nobody there. One person was waiting on tables and looked overwhelmed. Needless to say, we left and went to Pho Tai, sat down and within seconds took our order (already know what we want). In ten minutes we got our food nice and hot.

Great pho. Haven't found a better place. Egg rolls are crispy and flavorful, pot stickers are to die for. My daughter's first pho experience and she's hooked.

Best pho place in Puyallup. Aside from pho soups I highly recommend their delicious salad bowls - large, filling, full of flavor. Kids heavily favor the yakisoba noodles . Delicious well priced meals for the whole family.

They got the order wrong and gave us raw uncooked steak. The BBQ pork sandwhich was ok. I would not go back.

Used to be my favorite pho place in town. They raised the prices, which was fine as it was during quarantine times and everyone was just trying to stay afloat. However recently the portions have gotten smaller while prices stayed inflated I used to be able to come here for a large pho and be stuffed. Now the broth comes in the small size container instead of the larger one that it used to and the noodles and toppings come in a small takeout rice container instead of the cup that they used to which significantly dropped the portion size. Also very disappointed to only get about 6-7 pieces of meat.My girlfriend also ordered two spring rolls and we only received one, unsure if we had paid for two since the receipt is not itemized and just gives a total but based on the price we paid I'm guessing we paid for two rolls. All in all pretty disappointed on how things have changed here and won't be coming back. I'll go to another local pho place down the road from now on.

Today was my last time coming to this establishment. I placed an order over the phone. I come to pickup and I stand and wait without even being acknowledged or asked if I was dining in or not. I made eye contact with at least three different people and get nothing. A white lady comes in after I’ve been standing for 5-7 minutes at that point and they immediately chime in like a chorus “Hello!!” The lady behind asks if I’m in line I reply I haven’t even been acknowledged yet. Miraculously the cashier sees me and decides to take my money as if I’m bothering her.

Best pho in Puyallup (south hill) - hands down. Don’t go to the place on meridian and 132nd (yuck).
