Save your money and go somewhere else. It’s not written on the menu but only one couple in the group can share (for an extra $7 charge - ridiculous). Besides the only couple that can share, there’s a $7 charge for anyone who doesn’t want to eat. You can’t order a side unless you order an entree so you’re forced to order from the entrees that start at $25 or else you’re charged $7 for sharing or not eating. The entrees come with meat of your choice, plain rice, veggies, 3 spoons of soup, a Dixie cup of salad, literally 2 shrimp, and a scoop of ice cream to top it off. To upgrade from regular rice to fried rice it’s $4. There’s an 18% gratuity charge for groups of 6 and up. Bland regular food but cooked with a show. Garbage atmosphere. Felt like a cheap all you can eat buffet. Don’t come unless everyone in your group wants to eat a big meal and are ready to pay the 18% charge.
I came in for the first time because I heard good things about the restaurant. Came in and they were stuffing people around the table who clearly did not fit. I then ordered a strawberry lemonade thinking it’d be natural and it was really just regular Minute Maid with some strawberry. I asked if I can exchange for another drink that was on the same list at the same price that had refills as well because I’m pregnant and it’s not tasting right to me. The manager and the server told me I can’t have a different drink unless I pay for it. They can bring me water but I still have to pay for the lemonade because they brought it. Definitely horrible customer service and just sounds really stingy and inconsiderate. Won’t be coming here again.
My friend and I went in for lunch. This was our first visit, we had heard great reviews. My friend ordered Chicken and calamari and I ordered steak and shrimp. I asked for no rice so my friend got double the rice and they don't do substitution for extra veggies or anything. My order was with shrimp but she also received double the shrimp and got 2.Honestly the food good not great not enough for me to return.
The hostess was very cold and impatient, acted like she was perturbed we were even there. We had reservations... I ordered my grandson the chicken on the childs menu, she asked his age hes 11. Their childs menu is 10 and below! Most plases its 12 and below. So we ordered his on the adult menu. He got 1 tiny bowl of white rice, 2 little shrimp, and 1/2 of spatula of vegtables if that even, and 5 pieces of chicken chunks... mean while my grandaughter who is 6 ordered from the childs menu. Her plate was so piled full. So we paid double for less food. And were still hungry when we left. We will never go there again!!! And their prices are outrages for what you get!!!
One of the better Japanese steakhouses I've ever been to in my life. Most of the time I don't find any reason to post about them at all. This place well, it's cleaner, and has excellent service. The steak is amazing. The quality of the meat is better than other places I have been of the style for more money. Family members have got seafood and other things and I was quite surprised at the quality of it. They are very proud of the quality of food they serve. The chef was excellent. The staff assisting him did a great job also. Again I would come back to this place then go to one closer to Seattle for double the price. This may not be as high end as a Seattle or Bellevue location of another restaurant. But I felt like the money I paid out of pocket was well worth it. Also the mixed drinks here are well priced for the area on the location also. Come here you will not be lacking in food quality or amount. Yes, I will be coming back.
We had a party of 8 of good friends and family. We loved our chef, the only red head chef there! The food was great and he was super helpful. The area that was lacking was our server who had a bad attitude and made multiple errors. I would have rated higher but when that is happening it effects the meal for everyone. Will we go back, yes, we just hope with a different server or maybe catch her on a better day as everyone has an off day once in awhile.
Had an amazing time and was sitting next to the kindest people so the table was lovely. The chef was hilarious and delivered a wholesome experience, service was great thus would highly recommend.
Second time here and enjoyed it as much as the first. Awesome workers, funny professional chefs, and amazing food. I brought my mother here while she visited. She loved every bite
I have been coming here for many years but I will not be back. After checking in for my reservation the hostess rudely told me that if I wanted to wait inside my SMALL CHILDREN had to wear masks. Never have I been asked by an employee of ANY establishment to mask my small children. I told her I didn’t have masks for them and she said that I could wait outside (in the cold, it’s 40 degrees outside). There are plenty of other restaurants in town to go to, I will not be back or recommend this restaurant to anyone again.
Went here for my birthday there were 10 people at our table and one other table it was not very busy when we arrived. The whole time I felt like the wait staff was rushing us to eat and get out. The chef was friendly and did a good job. But the front of the house needs some work.
