The coffee was Awesome, as usual!!There was some grease under the hash browns, that made them taste a little old and nasty, but...the bacon, was nice and crispy, just how I asked for it, andthe pancakes, WERE delicious!SO, it was a pretty good breakfast, if I may say so ...but I think what made the breakfast itself GREAT, was the service we had, and it started at the door, with the smile and greeting we got there, and all throughout our meal. I give them an A+ for their service, from start to finish. That's the way it's supposed to be, ? Great job, IHop!!
Received an order from them and spoke to a manager about what was written on the tag. Manager denied that it was written and claimed they sent the order out on their own. Seems unprofessional to me.
Brought the whole big family in. For some of the littles it was the first time in a restaurant since Covid started. We were seated fast, the waitress was patient and kind, orders ranged from breakfast to burgers and everyone left happy, and all plates were empty. And who doesn't love kids eat free??Will definitely be back.
I’ve been wanting to come to this place for some pancakes. But today I had cravings for onion rings and a burger. And decided to visit this establishment iHop. And I’m glad we did. Brittany was our waitress and she was fantastic, the hospitality was great and so was the service. I definitely would recommend this establishment.Thanks iHop, and Brittany for making our day wonderful! Oh and the Major D looked pretty sharp and was willing to help his employees
Everything was perfect! We were greeted with a smile, tabled quickly. Drinks provided, order taken with a great smile from our server. Food was perfect, very tasty. Couldn't fault anything!!
Awesome chicken and waffles today
Dirty dinnerware. Had to ask for a new silverware, and a new mug for my hot water, even had to switch out my water. Ordered a salad that was supposed to have avocados and bacon in it, we didn’t get the avocados until we had finished our salads and we never got bacon for our salads. Waiter didn’t pay attention to the table enough and there were only 2 tables served that night.
We have a great experience with great staff. They were pleadant helpful. We cane in with a large group of children and adults and they were so helpful even when it couldnt gotten stressful, the waitress held it together. I unfortunately could not recall the waitress name. But she was wonderful. She did a great job. And her co-workers were helpful as well.
Purposefully leaving phone off the hook so people can't make to go orders then I stood at the front counter for 10 min before any one asked if I'd been helped. Then the person the finally sent to help didn't know how to take a food order. They pulled this poor girl that has been here all day off of her 10min break to come take my order she gets 5 stars.
The service was not the best we had to hunt down the waitress to get help. And my whole family walked away hungry because we did not like the food unfortunately. I will say my son liked there burger and the only other good thing was the plain pancakes that came with my husband's food. So if you go here stick with pancakes but out of 5 meals only one was enjoyed and Part of another.
