Josh at the take out counter was extremely helpful and upbeat. Greeted me when I walked in. Showed patience when I used 3 gift cards and his swiped wasn’t working. Had to type all the numbers in and was cheerful the whole time. Great service Josh!
We ordered the pizza of the month "The Fun Guy" and it sounded amazing. What we received had so little toppings compared to the promotional images on the site. Pretty much received a cheese pizza with a scant amount of toppings. Still tasty but very disappointed with the scarcity of toppings. All the other pizzas were topped well and tasty. Posting from mobile and unsure how to attach an accompanying image but I definitely took one.
Overall we are typically happy with what we receive from Farrelli's. The cost usually reflects the quality and they do make some tasty pies. Three of the four 16" pizzas we ordered today were perfectly acceptable. We wanted to try "The Fun Guy" but what we received did not match the promotional images. Pretty much Alfredo base cheese pizza with a very scant amount of toppings. Still delicious, but very disappointed with the lack of mushrooms and basil.
The breadsticks with a kick have never disappointed! Those I would give a 5 star + rating!The boneless chicken wings had good flavor (House Buffalo flavor), unfortunately I did not receive the bleu cheese sauce that pairs exceptionally well with Buffalo flavor. I give those 4 stars. Mild with a gentle kick.The pepperoni pizza I would give negative stars if it were an option. Unfortunately, to spend $30 on a pizza and have it look nothing like advertised, in addition to that, the flavor was lack luster. It was like biting into day old cheese pizza with a left over pepperoni that someone forgot to pick off. (There was minimal pepperoni on this $30 pizza-the pepperoni pizza from Little Caesar’s has better flavor-truly disappointing). Including photos for reference. The first photo is what is advertised. friendly staff and good food
My husband and I visit often and have had good food and service at this location every time. We always sit at the bar and get checked on often. Pizza, wings, and salad have all been great. Love the F bombs! I always get the drink at the bottom of the menu and it tastes just like fruit punch but clearly has enough alcohol.
$50 got me 3 burnt meals... I was less than thrilled when I brought this home to my family and opened the boxes and the food was all black. I wish I could take back the tip I gave.
This place is hit or miss. And more times than not a miss. Plus, not cheap.$42.00 for a 12 inch pizza and wings (that were soggy) and had to go in twice because the curbside person forgot I was out in my car. And then the kicker, I opened the celery, and it was moldy. Awesome. ?
We i’ve been to four different locations and we really like this place good food and drinks. It is a great value, nice atmosphere exceptional staff … as a former restaurant owner we can truly appreciate the sacrifice made along with how much work and dedication they have invested into each and every new location as they have expanded not to mention virtually every restaurant owner invests every ounce of their souls into their places they should be applauded by all … big props to you all. WELL DONE!
Sure nice staff! We sat in the bar and our server was really sweet and even reminded my friend that she wanted to get something to go. The pizza is delicious, I recommend the chicken caprese pizza, it's amazing.
