Best customer service ever. Came in before close and already felt so bad for coming in so late. The girl who worked late that night, not sure her name, but she’s always so friendly and nice, and outgoing, she kindly welcomed me in and made it seem like it was no big deal me coming in. Then when i walked out, i dropped my drink and she remade it with all smiles with no charge, also the best smoothie maker… So grateful for her. i never do reviews but she was literally the best.
Watered down smoothie way to young staff.Today a worker made a comment that she wants a sugar daddy to be the customer in front of me. The customer in front of me parked in two handicap spots with his Porsche I made a comment and they didn’t care that he had no Stickers or identification of being handicap. This is the only closest smoothie place so I’m still gonna go but I do wish they do a rehire with a remodel
Worst customer service in a very long time. I brought my 8 year old son in cause he'd be asking all day for a smoothie. When we came in the two little kids working there were not the least bit interstellar in helping us. We waited for one of the two workers to help us since help us since we were the only two in the store. After five minutes of waiting around a young guy came in and the girl behind the counter asked this guy immediately what he would like. I was shocked, but then another person came in and then the young man behind the counter looked up and asked that new customer what he could make for him. Needless to say we left without buying anything. I suppose this is what happens when you hire twelve-year-old kids to run your business and don't teach them what the word customer service is. It's simple to say words like welcome in, what can I get started for you, or do you have any questions? I would not recommend this place to anyone since I can't just say it was bad service, it was no service. Terrible!
Wow, what great after the gym treat! Love the PB&J! Outstanding customer service! The gal that took my order and then made it was polite, respectful, patient, professional, and a great listener. Man, I wish I got her name...short, long hair, light brown hair, had a white or light color sweater. It was about noon. Anyway, great gal, thank you! I'm now gonna make it a point to stop by at least once week.
Been coming to this location for awhile. Pretty great selection of workout/wellness products on top of those yummo smoothies!

Kind people, awful smoothie.I got the Lean Body and it tasted like straight whey protein, had little flavor, and was watery/not thick. I normally go to the Burien location and their chocolate peanut butter tastes like drinking a Reese's peanut butter cup.I think it's a new store, so I give them that, but I dropped $7 on something I can't drink.
I’m a regular at this place. I always get their PB&J, pre-workout drinks, and supplements. Always reasonable prices and the women that work there are friendly and have a genuine attitude. So glad this place is right across the street from my gym. 10/10!
